Free breakfast was nice but the earlier u get there the better. Staff was very nice and attentive

We moved the bed to wall because we had a small child. Under the bed was so bad. The floor was sticky and so much dust and dirt. We got in late so the next day we were packing and we found a bed bug in the sheets. The front desk looked like they didn't believe us til we showed them the picture. All they said was sorry about that and nothing else. I would not recommend this place and will not stay again. After reading reviews we are not the 1st to note bed bugs.

Clean room, nice staff

The shower needs a new shower head the water goes all over the place.

Room was clean for the most part, bed had no stains, pillows were comfortable, however, the towels and wash clothes had red and orange stains, the toilet seat was wooden with paint peeling off it, and my biggest flaw being in the hotel room was multiple graffiti like tags above the front door and in the bathroom… idk why someone would want to tag a hotel room, but it’s there

Need to paint some old or bad color on everything that looks dirty but not actually dirty.

I was disappointed this time. Walked in the room and a hand towel was on the floor in front of the bath tub. I had to ask them for two hand towels and two wash cloths. They gave me one hand towel and a mat for the floor. No wash cloths. One of the bath towels was dingy and humid. Also they have an ice bucket but no cups. The room looked run down. The coffee maker where breakfast was served was broken.

Beware of regular renters stay far away from them they sleep all day and are up all night making way too much noise.

Overall not too terrible to stay for a few nights. Bed was actually softer than I had thought, but the metal frame beneath the bed was quite loud and would make noises everytime i would climb in or out of bed. Only other complaint I have is that it's more "Motel" rather than the "hotel" it is marketed as.

Was too tired from my flight, so I just needed some sleep. I got good and quiet room, so it was okay . peaceful area, far from LA actually

Toilets are small

It was so dirty. The toilet roll dispenser was broken. I did not feel comfortable even to shower

Clean great location Could not get water other than out of tap vending machine soda no water. If stairs are questionable get ground floor
