Clean

I am big on a room being and smelling clean, especially the bathroom, and that was the first thing that went wrong!!! We checked in and the room we went into was dirty…hair, floor dirty, and it did not smell clean. So…I called downstairs and instead of them moving us immediately, they sent the “manager” to convince us that the floors weren’t dirty, it was just the tile. Ultimately, they moved us and it was just ok. The bathroom had mildew in the shower but you could tell the housekeeping staff had attempted to clean. The property is located in an area where the city is trying to gentrify it. They will get there but you can tell it’s “hood” and homelessness is around. Overall, I would simply choose another hotel. This one was NOT worth the money we paid for it.

Clean room

Staff was friendly and attentive during our stay. I appreciated that they allowed us to leave our bags at the front desk before our check in. The facility looked well taken care of and was clean.

I can’t recall EVER being charged for parking in an open lot on a property I am already paying to stay.

Convenient location w/airport shuttle. Room was generally quite clean and quiet. Free breakfast was good though lacked variety. Good value for the cost. Was given a diff room (2 queens) than what I booked (king). Was told first come first served. Uncarpeted floor showed stains. Lighting in the room is poor.

Facilities were clean, good location The amount of the credit hold, it was a lot more than other places I've stayed at, and parking was deducted from it so we didn't even get it all back at check out

This is a very nice hotel. It is well maintained. If you want room cleaning service daily, you have to ask for it. The front desk won’t tell you this at check in. But this is a nice hotel.

Good staying

Very clean, and friendly staff great location.

Everything was delightful to include the food.

Our room was clean and the bathroom was nice. The shower was excellent and I like having a higher toilet with an elongated bowl. The bed was a bit soft but I find that everywhere. The breakfast was good as well as the bar. The staff was very nice and supplied everything I needed. I would stay here again.

Clean room

I stayed only 5hrs before morning flight. The shower is so powerful and good to get relaxed. I really loved it
