This hotel was so noisy between airport and trolley traffic. They also did not notify us until we checked in that the pool was closed. The parking was mildly inconvenient if you have more than one item to bring to your room.

Bar area was nice and the bartender was great. She made great drinks and was very friendly. Loved the little self-checkout store that had the best snacks. Within walking distance (literally across the street and up a block) to the San Jose Civic. Beautiful area and safe to walk around. Would stay again.

Great place, it’s close to everything. You have to pay for parking though which was unexpected.

Room was nice but lunch and dinner was ok. breakfast was nice good breakfast. They need to change menu for dinner ,and lunch. It steady of same same menu.also need better selection in the area that have sodas and other edibles. Room service will be nice .

The place was nice and clean food was good.but some what expensive bed was comfortable .nice place to park. Everything close by.shopping was in walking distance Shower was a little dirty hair left in shower from previous guess..no room service
