Security No parking when arrived for the night

Accidentally left a very expensive scarf in our room, Called immediately before catching our flight. Staff assured us the item left would be held by housekeeping until we returned. That the scarf would be held for 30-days. Upon return the staff could not retrieve the scarf and then claimed the hotel had no policy to hold lost items. Came across as a scam.

Nice location, very close to the San Jose airport. Close to transportation links and restaurants.

Kinda a surprise there was no microwave in the room and parking was $25 a day.. I didn't know that during booking. Nice hotel, people and such though. Good enough to ignore my only complaints.

Hotel and staff were great. Return shuttle from airport was not good. We waited over 45 minutes for the shuttle to arrive after calling, they should have at least stated it would take that long. Would not stay again because of this.

Location (close to the San Jose airport and the major freeways), friendly staff, comfortable bed, good breakfast Parking lot was shared and coming in later in the evening it was challenging finding a spot closer to the entrance.

Everything was great. Except, we did not care for having to scan a qr code with a separate company to register our car and pay for parking. Weird extra step and inconvenient. Besides that we had a good stay and staff was friendly!
