Terrible experience with the breakfast lady with a horrible attitude and will need to bring the complaint to the corporation the worst experience ever for us.

Good accomodation. Clean. Good breakfast. Would stay again.

The drain from the bath tub was very weak. The bed/ mattress was pretty shot It was noisy until 10pm ish as the room was facing a major road. The outdoor spool looked nice and the staff was helpful.

The beds were superb—very comfortable with smooth soothing sheets and perfect pillows—not too hard, not too soft. Good bedside lighting. Parking good—wide spots not tiny cramped spots.

I thought the property was very clean also loved all the brightness in the room. Clean sheets and towels was a happy moment

It is a good option for the price range in that area. Location is good. Still I can’t understand they serve breakfast with plastic cutlery. Please add a dish washer and silverware. The amount of plastic going to the landfill is enormous. Please don’t serve breakfast with plastic forks, knives and spoon anymore. That’s the reason I don’t give 5 stars.

Clean, and fine location. But WAY overpriced IMO. Terrible night staff. Toilet clogged and they didn’t know where a plunger was and had no maintenance staff until the next morning. I had to Karen them to give us a new room to ensure we had a working toilet for the 12 hours we were planning to be there.

Good location, accommodations. Parking was on site and included in price. Manager was nice and easy to talk to. NA enjoyed it

This is a great hotel! Clean, good breakfast, friendly, helpful staff. This is my go to hotel in Santa Clara!

Best Western has always been great. I've never had one complaint. The small fridge and microwave was perfect. The coffee maker with pods is an extra step up that most hotels in the same price range dont have.

Bed and pillow were so comfy. Parking was easy. Breakfast was substantial. Will definitely be back!

close to place where meetings were held. tv service went out…went down to front desk to report the issue…was told by the night auditor that she would send someone to look at the tv….no one came.
