Great location! The hotel staff was very helpful.

Very nice place, friendly staff plus free cookies. Can't beat it

The property is the prime location to enjoy Savannah. It’s a few steps from the City Market, a Trolley stop, River Street, and a 20 minute drive to Tybee Island. The staff was polite and helped with recommendations to enjoy the city. We used valet to park our car for the entire weekend and only moved it once to drive to Tybee Island. I’m definitely returning.

Decent location but very loud at night and the room stayed hot.

This property is everything you come to expect from Hilton.
-
Do not get a room on Bay St. Traffic will keep you awake all night!
-
It’s was clean and conveniently located. It could use a touch up on paint and bathroom area but overall good place to stay. Oh and beware that the windows are super thin so you will likely hear everything, everyone and every truck driving by.
-
Helpful front desk staff, enjoyable hot tub and pool, clean and well-maintained rooms, and just an overall great experience. My wife and I had the best honeymoon stay here!

Perfect location.

Wallet parking at $48 is pricey! Was glad I checked that Orion and used an underground lot on Whatly...2 blocks away for $20 nightly. I asked for quiet room. Bay street is VERY noisy with truck traffic starting at 4:30 am.. Surprised how un sound proffed the windows were..

The stay was really nice but the peeling paint in the shower and $50 parking is what kept me from an excellent rating

Very very loud. My room was on the 4th floor right above Bay Street. From 6 am to midnight, the traffic was extremely loud. Dump trucks, semi truck, motorcycles, and loud music went on from sun up to sun down. I got zero rest. Maybe they should think about installing double panes from room above one of the busiest intersections in Savannah. However, the staff were friendly and the location was great.

Location. Clean

Beautiful property, well decorated
-
I extended my stay for an additional day and the staff was very helpful with allowing me stay in the same room instead of moving.

This is a beautiful property located in a fantastic location. The only thing that was a bit aggravating was that our room faced the street and you can hear really loud traffic starting at around 4am. We wore earplugs the second night so it was okay. Overall that wouldn’t deter me from staying at this hotel again. It has a beautiful lobby, the rooms were nice (big fluffy towels, Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries) and the location can’t be beat.

Very good

Loved the staff and how friendly they are the room was clean
-
Nice and clean and cold Valet parking at 50 bucks a day that was never mentioned to us until we arrived for stay.

An old building, super dirty room and hallways, 2 very very old elevators (occasional wait time up to 10 mins) and unbelievably bored/angry/checked-out staff especially at the check-in counter. I was in Savannah for a conference and the first two days, I got to stay at homewoods suites which was superb compared to this place! Seriously, stay away and don't ruin your vacation! Pool is on the second floor, not heated and very dirty (in my first hotel, the heated pool was on the top floor fully served). Also, there is NO hot breakfast cooked to order; you will get coupons for buffet which has literally nothing better that typical american breakfast places you can book for a third of the price! My very honest opinion.
