1. Not family friendly. Request for crib was made in writing. Called the hotel an hour before arrival and spoke with staff who assured me that crib and sheets would be in our room. They were not aware of the crib request even though I see it still in our reservation. 2. At checkin, they only had 1 key. One key for 4 people? Hotel was not fully booked, yes, I checked the website. 3. Room was on the first floor in a newer/under remodeling section and entrance door would not close unless you lifted it up. 4. Bathroom shower had a ton of mold on the shower head. 5. Somehow, the bathroom door could not be closed unless you stepped into a shower to close it. The door literally opens several inches from the shower and the toilet. Getting in and out for one average built person was a dance.

You can't beat the location! The river is across the street. It's a classic hotel with attentive staff and comfy beds. I left my shoes in my room and the staff was super helpful holding and getting them back to me a week later!

I had an excellent stay at Hotel Indigo. It was very clean and the staff was awesome.

Perfect location. Great price. Purchase the parking in advance it's cheaper. Great staff.

Room was upgraded for over 200$ extra but the bed and the room was dirty. Disappointed in that but everything is great except the hotel is old!

Wonderful. Customer service was incredible. The room was clean. The amenities are great. And the location was perfect.

Parking is more expensive than other properties and required valet. Waited an hour

We had an outdated tv that only picked up local channels. No streaming services for when you want to wind down for the night.

We go to check out and basically get called liars, cheats and scammers because the desk clerk insisted I snucke my dogs in and needed to pay for them. I've never been treated like that in my life, she told me if I left she'd just add the charge to my credit card. I show her the transactions on my Capital One account, were we had three separate charges, one for the room, one for parking and one for the pets. She basically just told me "whatever, your wrong, but just leave because I'm tired of dealing with you" in the nastiest voice she could conjur up. And just like that we'll never stay at Hotel Indigo ever again.

Free drink tokens are included with the stay! Ashley at the front desk was wonderful getting us checked in. Location is very close to Churchill's and Wexler's Irish Pub. They had the World Cup matches on at the bar and they were available in the rooms! If there's any complaint it's some loose tiles in the shower, but the young lady at the front desk addressed that by discounting the bill which was more than fair.

This hotel was in a great location! The hallways were a little outdated feeling but rooms were nice and comfortable. The bar and lobby were very modern looking and nice. Staff was so friendly! We will stay again!

Everything was in walking distance from all of downtown! We never had to Uber the whole time. We enjoyed it!

What can you say...?? This was perfect for our stop over in Savannah on the way to FL. Close -walking distance- to River st and downtown. The atmosphere was great the historical building great and the room was comfortable.

Staff at front desk not helpful! Paid ahead for parking and we were told we didn’t. Moved our car and then they told us we didn’t! Had to pay twice!!!
