Ebony was very helpful with the reservation confusion she got it straightened out

The facility is first rate. Personnel were friendly and knowledgeable. The bartender gave us excellent recommendations for dinner. Great location. Parking costs $25/night. They have a cute shuttle if weather is too hot to walk.

We had an amazing stay made even more incredible by Ebony. She was able to accommodate us checking in early and genuinely seemed happy to help us have the best stay possible. We really appreciated her hospitality! Would 1000% return to stay at this or any Hilton property because of her and this was our first time at a Hilton property. Thank you for an excellent experience.

The staff were friendly. It was very clean. The staff care about the environment. Trying to make things work smoothly there were areas of the hotel not operating well. A little bit of rain should not disrupt opening the bar. The bar and restaurant were not what they could be.

Clean, great room, great bathroom & shower. The lady at the front desk & shuttle drivers & bartender extremely friendly & helpful. Only surprise was I didn’t know we had to pay for parking and didn’t find out until I received my statement.

The location was perfect for walking to the river and city market, the bed was so comfortable. The staff were always happy, helpful and professional.

The rooms were incredible...and the beds were above superior.I fell asleep quickly and woke rested.Breakfast was a horrible experience.The hostess/ server.. directed us to a table ( barely seen again until she brought the check) Then the" made to order" omelet that was not a omelet at all but more like a hard fried egg with ingredients added...I did kindly ask the lady behind the counter if she could make me another...greatly offended she question what was wrong with it.When I tried to explain( hard and dry)... she rather than j started asking me " well which is it"...At that point I simply went back to my table...then she asked across the room... to the my friend..."was something wrong with your omelet). I asked her what that had to do with mine. At that point I was done...I just got scrambled eggs... 15 minutes later the lady making the omelet yelled across the room if I wanted her to remake the omelet I had until 10.The breakfast was a prepaid breakfast for 2 .I spoke with the manager on duty .He was kind...and I even left a tip...but in all honesty while I would stay here again.I would NOT prepay breakfast .

The property and room were impeccable. The decor was taste and elegant. The hotel has good parking and only a short walk from historic Savannah. Definitely staying here next time I'm in town.

The location, the free shuttle service, beds comfortable, very clean, friendly staff, breakfast There really wasn’t anything I didn’t like.
