The only complaint we had is that there no cups or glasses in the room for us to use. Besides that everything else was wonderful. The bed was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful.

Located in the central of Savannah. It is easily to get around the city by foot. Parking is a bit challenging unless you are willing to pay for public parking which is close by. Hotel also offers valet parking for convenience. Room is a bit small for a double beds but it is reasonable. Swimming pool is available. My kids love it. Overall i enjoyed the stay

Good location. Parking on site was good. Car loading/unloading area was huge and stress free The only small issue we had was that there was not enough towels and no extra toilet paper in the room.
-
Seriously, one of my most favorite hotels I’ve ever stayed at!!!
-
I liked that it was clean and well maintained. The staff were friendly and helpful.

A great hotel in a Perfect location ! We were able to walk to do many wonderful sights ! Our room had a balcony with a very scenic view . We enjoyed that a lot ! Only thing is I wish they had a sundries shop . Coffee shop hours were minimal so if I wanted a snack or drink there was none .

Pretty much everything was great, except that the electric outlets in the room weren't good. Plugging in hair appliances in the bathroom, they'd easily fall out. Had a refrigerator brought to our room and again, the plug didn't stay tightly into the outlet. Went off and food went bad. Aside from that, highly recommend.

The hotel itself was somewhat standard. The bathrooms were nice. We did get a room with a balcony and it was worth it. You could see some of the large ships go down the river from our room. Finally, the staff was amazing. Especially the valet workers. They were super friendly and courteous. This hotel was great for our stay of 3 days with 2 adults and a kid.

Location , outstanding employees No room service, not enough lounge chairs at the pool

The staff were friendly, and our room was clean and comfortable, which is exactly what we look for in a hotel. We also appreciated the excellent location; everything was walkable, making it easy to explore the town without feeling confined to the property. This has become one of our favorite vacation spots, and we will highly recommend your hotel to others. Thank you for a relaxing stay!

The room was not well maintained or equipped, we even had baby roaches in the dresser where the coffee was stored. The floor was dirty the AC was not 100% for the price at least a mini fridge or microwave should be provided. On top the parking is to expensive $57.00 the night. I won’t be staying there again that’s for sure.

The room seemed clean at first. However, the bathroom mirror had two large cracks in it. Later in the night I was made aware of several cockroaches in the room. I spent the whole morning trying to trap and kill the cockroaches. I have video evidence of the debacle that ensued.

This property was stunning! I had a corner room on the 10th floor and nothing could have prepared me for how beautiful!
-
I love this property because it was really pretty and had a great view from the 10th floor. The lady at the front desk was rude.
-
Great location offset from the heart of downtown Savannah which makes it a perfect location. Well appointed rooms with an old school (70s?) charm. Friendly staff Thin walls, loud hallways; old school charm cuts both ways - kind of worn and run down in some ways
-
The only thing I would change I wish you had many fridges in the room
-
Not able to check in if you arrive early and your room is ready unless you pay a 50.00 fee. Given an adjoining room with very noisy guests next door. Staff are rude.

The valet staff is great! The hotel is stunning when you first walk in. The front desk greeted me promptly. I stayed two nights, so the cleaners made up the bed and freshened the towels for us. The pool, while small, was enjoyable and had a bar right next to it. If you choose a poolside room, you will hear ambient noise throughout the day and night, and there are NO blackout curtains that close entirely. This hotel has a restaurant on site, which is good but kind of pricey, so I took the remainder of my meal to go and got to the hotel room to find out I had no fridge! The bathroom ceiling has some mold, and the exhaust vent (with no exhaust fan option) was pushed up in and is really dirty. Other than that, it was pretty clean and an overall enjoyable stay. We used our beverage credits on the last day (you have to use them all at once) and got breakfast on the go.

Bar was amazing and the staff was great

This hotel is in an excellent location and has a very helpful staff. The only thing I would mark down is that while the hotel in general is very clean, someone needs to instruct housekeeping to clean the rail that the shower door goes in. Mine was pretty gross. Other than that everything was very clean.
