My only complaint is that the property's website states that all guests have to be over the age of 18, but yet there were a couple of children.

Fabulous property. Great stay!

ABSOLUTELY gorgeous place!

Had a lovely stay. Gorgeous house was beautifully maintained. Staff was friendly and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Only caveat: you have to be patient with the hot water; it’ll get there, but it takes its time.

View from room was poor. The windows on the exterior were moldy green. The water pressure in the shower was poor. The sink water faucet was hard to turn. The sink had extremely poor drainage and retained water for nearly a minute before completely draining.

Staff was knowledgeable and breakfast was outstanding! Every bit of breakfast was perfect. My only issue was with light in the room. We had Casimir Pulaski room, a basement room with separate entrance. The bed faced the door to outside and light from the outside lamps came through the window above the door and the 2 side windows. Everything else was fine. We were lucky and found free parking nearby since we arrived after 5pm on a Friday and the meters were off.

It was excellent.

The food was fantastic and all the hotel staff were so friendly. The rooms were perfectly clean, spacious, and really beautiful. We really appreciated the couch and sitting area that was in our room. Most of the rooms were booked when we stayed there, but you could not hear anything. It was very peaceful and quiet and we slept soundly. The location is absolutely perfect- you can hear bells ringing from the church next-door, a beautiful square to relax in the afternoon, walkable to Franklin‘s coffee shop, which was awesome, and only about a five minute walk from Forsyth Park. Parking could not have been any easier to find -literally steps from the Hamilton Turner Inn, and it was completely free. Overall, the bed-and-breakfast really captured the historic charm of Savannah and we will definitely stay there agaIn.

We loved the stay and the location in Savannah is perfect, from being close enough to all the historic district sites, and the river. Very walkable area. There was an issue with the smoke alarm in our room that the staff was very helpful with making right and following up on. The staff seemed genuinely happy to have us there and to help make our experience in Savannah a good one. The breakfasts were super tasty and portions just right; amenities were spot on and we looked forward every evening to a glass of port or cookie “back home” after a long day in the city. Thank you and we hope to be back soon!

Very Cozy facility and room. We enjoyed our appetizers and wine, port and coffee and of course homemade chocolate chip cookies, and finally a delicious breakfast. The staff we amazing. We have already recommended this hotel to our friends.

Close to everything, .... We met wonderful people your staff is very hospitable Nathan was one of the Nicest people i met in Savannah He is in wheelhouse as House host.... This guy was Awesome, The minute he realized our AC wasn't working correctly he moved us.... for almost 600 dollars a night i would of expected a better Breakfast ... The room was dusty my wife has bad allergies we were moved to another room because the AC didn't work

Breakfast was tasty, server was attentive and friendly. Room was basic. Difficult access with handicap.

We enjoyed the daily evening wine and hooves, but on two of the four days that we were there, they put it out late. The fresh cookies daily were delish! Loved that we could ask for a soda. Staff were very friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast server, but it would have been nice to see his handsome face. His hair was hanging in his eyes the entire time. After our first night, our room was not tended to. We then made sure we put on the make up room sign for future days. Furniture in the parlor is starting to wear on the arms.
-
The location put us squarely in the middle of the historic part of the city All the pluses made up for the one negative: the lack of an elevator.
