The room wasn’t spotless clean and the woman who checked me in wasn’t the friendliest. Other staff were nice but I was expecting more especially from the reviews. Location was nice for walking to restaurants

The location is the best part of this hotel. Very clean and staff was friendly. Pool was good to cool off but not impressive. Would stay here again for price and proximity to nightlife. Highly recommend if you’re just gonna use room to sleep, shower and rest before going out. Would not recommend if looking for a lot of amenities.

Overall a nice hotel if desiring the Scottsdale area. Within walking distance to a number of bars and restaurants. Staff was helpful and accessible and rooms were clean.

Jenny A was SUPER! She had no reservation for us even though we had a confirmation from Expedia. She went above and beyond to help us through what can only be called a frustrating situation. She even checked on us later in the day to make sure everything was ok. All the staff were friendly and very helpful.
