Hilton Scottsdale Resort & Villas

The hotel was very well located. The staff were friendly and we had plenty of amenities. I really enjoyed it.

My husband and I stayed here for several weeks in one of the Villas, and we put some friends up in the main hotel. There were many small annoyances such as the poorly designed drains in the showers that require a call to maintenance every 2 days to clean, but I will focus on the big stuff. On the last night that our guest stayed in the main hotel, the ceiling in her room leaked everywhere due to a burst toilet pipe from the room above. It rained all over her clothing and laptop, ruining her laptop. We had seen water reclamation equipment throughout the same area of the hotel just a couple of weeks prior, which leads me to believe that this kind of thing might be an ongoing issue. Our guest had to argue with the front desk about them replacing her laptop and the conversation got truly strange. Eventually, staff did send our guest an email stating that they would reimburse her for the laptop if it isn’t able to be fixed- This is still in process. The next day, we experienced something truly odd over at our villa. Staff painted the ground in front of our door and down the walkway so that you couldn’t leave the room without stepping in paint. When we opened the door to see what was happening, they told us we needed to remain in our room until the paint dried. Like what?! Why would they paint in front of a room that had guests, or at least inform the guests ahead of time?

It was clean, comfortable, well appointed and quiet. The room was in an excellent location for my husband with mobility issues. The staff was hit and miss. Some , like the gentleman that checked us in, were very welcoming and helpful. The two women in the morning seemed put out that I was interrupting their socializing.

The pools were amazing, staff was beyond friendly and helpful, villa was beautiful! The location was ideal, as well. Our girls trip was perfect and the Hilton was a huge part of that!

Our villa was clean and beautifully decorated. The staff was great, very helpful and friendly. Would recommend. Can't wait to stay there again.

While we “figured it out” during our stay, I feel as a Hilton, the amenities standards need to be raised instead of only the price point.

The villas are the way to go! So spacious and comfortable, plenty of room for the family. Full kitchen which was nice to have and also the large living room.

Clean, close to so much (within walking distance), most of staff very friendly Description wasn’t up to date - there is no gift shop on site…Starbucks is on site but machine was down and they ran out of product so we had to walk to next location for coffee and even if it was in working order, it’s only open until 12. Not very convenient.
