Except for a loud waiter who was yelling loudly at a disgruntled customer at breakfast on Sunday, June 21, 2026, which was highly inappropriate and disturbing, the rest of my stay was good. I had a room on the upper floor with a balcony and a nice view of the lake and the mointains. Its too bad the restaurant closes at 7 pm and the choice of food was just poor! The resort needs to do a better job with that. Wi-Fi was a bit slow but working. Need to improve the payment process - iPhone Apple Pay is not working which is unexplainable. I had to present a real credit card which I usually do not like to do.

Beds needs updating. Basic and not comfortable. The tub clogged while showering and an hour later, it still hadn't drained. Grossed me out.Restaurant was closed all but one day and I bought the $20 breakfast. Just shoddy even for the discounted price.

Check-in and check-out are quick and easy, staff are friemdly and helpful, the pool is great, and rooms are comfortable and clean. It's been great for weekend stays and for one day stays for the pool.

Stay wasn’t too bad. The tv volume in my room was broken and I had to get the floors cleaned when I arrived because there were strings of hair everywhere. Location was great

1st time staying here and after my 2.5 days here I will be back! Front desk staff was nice and friendly, the room was spacious just wish I had a pool or lake view. The pool area was easy to access and had lots of seating available. Even though I received a $20 dining credit due to my plans I didn't get a chance to use it at the onsite restaurant. Luckily the bar manager accommodated the voucher for drinks even though she was closing. Overall had a fantastic stay and will definitely book again for a staycation.

This hotel was great for being only $100. No complaints when the one down the street cost 3x as much. Great value and friendly staff. We had a $20 voucher and used it to get breakfast to go the next morning.
