Springhill Suites Phoenix Scottsdale Marriott

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The property was clean, well-maintained, and organized, and the staff was friendly and attentive to every request. The valet parking service was very convenient, available at all hours, and always quick to bring our vehicle when needed. The breakfast was excellent, clean, well-stocked, and offered everything we needed. The location is another major advantage, with easy access to many popular areas and attractions. Combined with reasonable pricing, this hotel offers great value. Highly recommended, and we would gladly stay here again!

So the only reason why I am giving this hotel a 3…really a 3.5 is because of location, parking, and breakfast. There is currently a huge construction project right in front of the building. I’m not sure what is being built or how big it will be but if the building is tall it will obstruct the view. Also there are other buildings behind and next to the hotel that make the area very tight. Also because of location and construction they only have valet parking which I did not know about ahead of time and it is an additional $12/day! OR…you can park for FREE in the parking garage across the street which in all honesty is not convenient or safe because of the construction and really no sidewalks based on the garage location. However…until whatever is built the view from the front of the hotel is not bad. The flip side of location is that it is super close to so many places and things to do in Scottsdale/Tempe. Next…breakfast!…Which was trash! Don’t even waste your time just go to a nearby restaurant on nearby Mill or Scottsdale Rd. Other than those things all of the staff was super kind and welcoming and since the hotel is newer you can eat off the floors! The room itself that we got was a nice size and you won’t feel cramped or claustrophobic. So if your visit in Scottsdale is a lot longer is is definitely comfortable the only thing that is missing is a kitchenette.

I was so very impressed with how maintained and clean it was!!! Spent most of the time at the pool!!! Definitely would stay again!!!

This location is close to many of the places we wanted to see. Staff treated us like family. Wonderful and clea. Their breakfast was exceptional. Highly recommend.

We had a great 1 night stay. The mandatory valet parking was an inconvenience. The lobby was welcoming with friendly staff. The rooms were nicely cleaned. We enjoyed our time in the pool. Breakfast was great, we would stay again.

The rooms were clean, staff was amazing especially when I need my babies bottle washed, the kitchen staff took the bottles and washed them for me.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The breakfast had a number of choices, which contributed to a great start to the day. There is limited on-site parking due to construction nearby, but the Marriott has navigated that situation very effectively.

And fast. Front desk no matter what time was smiling and greeting. Room was very comfortable and large.

The parking was an absolute headache. The layout is cramped and frustrating, which is a stressful way to start and end every day. The main reason for the low rating, however, was the breakfast. I found mold in the breakfast scones, which is completely unacceptable.
