This resort is absolutely beautiful. The pool remains open 24/7 which is great to beat the heat during the hot season. My only comment would be that the room itself was definitely more 4 stars than 5, but it was very clean and comfortable. I had to wear earplugs though because the vacuum effect the A/C created at the door juncture of the sliding doors made a loud and very high pitch sound that prevented me from falling asleep. Otherwise, great experience.

Very pleasant stay! Excellent concierge service (Paula and her team) and wonderful and courteous service at the local Marketplace coffee shop!

All of the staff was amazing! From check in til check out, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Poolside service was great! We had breakfast each morning at Mowry and Cotton- so delicious! It was our first time coming to this resort and certainly won’t be the last.

clean room, some staff very friendly some offensive. Billing is a disaster. My Expedia prepayment has not shown up yet.

Great amenities! Exceptional staff! They always did their best to accommodate their guests. The grounds are very pretty. We stayed in the casitas and the cleaning crew rarely came to pick up dirty dishes and glasses. We always had to ask for a fresh set of towels. The check-in process was unsatisfactory. After traveling all day, we were greeted by a woman that was quite firm about not letting us have our room until 4 pm sharp. We arrived at 2:50 and my husband had a broken leg with a cast up to his knee and needed to rest. So rather than making a suggestion as to a place to sit while we waited, she quickly dismissed us and our luggage. A member of the bar staff overheard the conversation and was quick to offer their lounge area and gave us a free round of drinks to at least make us feel comfortable for the next hour and ten minutes. First impressions are everything! The hours of food service at various onsite restaurants need to overlap their hours. It was hard to get a light meal or a snack late in the day after swimming, unless you opted for fine dining or room service. Not a big deal but a bit inconvenient.
