We won’t stay again.
-
This place was amazing for the price and best of all the breakfast was delicious and great variety
-
We enjoyed our stay, it was me with three kids, the staff was super friendly.
-
Elevators was broken had to walk up 20 flights of stairs the whole weekend iam I big guy my knees is hurting and my ankles hurting real.bad..a need a refund
-
The elevator has been broken for almost a month so we had to use the stairs which was fine if we didnt have suitcases and a sleeping 3 year old.

The parking lot grass and bushes in the area weren’t maintained well. The grass was tall and bushes over grown. My biggest disappointment was the broken elevator. I understand there was a storm and a part was on order but I wish I had been offered a different room if possible. I wouldn’t have minded a different type of room to avoid going up and down 4 flights of stairs several times a day.

Reasonably priced and great location situated between Johnson Space Center and Kemah Boardwalk. Breakfast is better than most budget hotels and more than just a continental breakfast. Cons: Elevator had been out for a week prior to arrival due to a lightning strike but staff was able to move us from 4rth to 2nd floor. In our room the bathroom needed some maintenance. Towel bar anchor into the wall had come loose. Hinges on door needed lubrication and sink was slow to drain. Downstairs bathroom by the fitness center was out of paper towels and/or toilet paper on multiple occasions. All in all an ok place to stay. Management just needs to perform some periodic inspections.

Good location, easy access, clean, comfortable bed. The TVs in the dining area were very loud and obnoxious. Tables were awkward and small. Breakfast was bad.

All staff was super friendly, even tho they had just taken over they did a great job at making us feel welcome and safe. The breakfast was great and when it was running low the staff kept up with filling everything! Highly recommended this place!!

The hotel was clean, staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fresh and very good. Different variety both mornings. Parking lot felt safe and sexure. I would definitely stay here again!

The rooms are clean The automatic door almost doesn’t open. You actually have to stop walking or you will run into it. Breakfast needs to be served earlier. I have to be at work at 6 and so do a lot of their people so we are leaving at or before 5 and breakfast is served at 6. Great for tourists but not so good if you’re working. Is a little pricey considering the property it shares the drive with

The facility was clean and looks like it hadn’t been there for long. Very helpful and polite staff. The breakfast was way better than most of the hotels I’ve ever stayed. There’s always room for improvement so I will say it was a very good experience but not excellent.

The A/C was the only thing that was nice. The beds are horrible sheets don't fit the beds creak with every movement. The floors are super thin all we heard was a family with kids jumping around all night and day above us front desk staff is incompetent their job apparently is to only say 'hi' and 'bye' to you. Hotel charged us twice for one stay we paid over $700 then they charged another $490 and we are currently trying to get the bank to fix it. Breakfast was basic and not that great. Twice i had to request more sugar and half and half and the sugar was lumpy just to get coffee. Charging plugs in the room didn't work at all so charging all our electronics was a pain we had to use a plug in that had a usb just to charge. TV only had 5 channels to watch. Room smells moldy the whole visit. Shower glass doors almost come off tracks it was scary to even use. They knew 5 adults stayed but they gatekeep towels and rags we had to beg two different times to get more. Pillows are too soft to even get comfortable. The pull out sofa was so badly worn the couch had white paint marks on it so did the window. And toilet paper is one ply so beware. The fridge never got cold and we didn't use the Keurig machine because of fear from that one tiktok lady who used those to clean her underwear you just never know. The pool is ghetto basic chairs worn from use and weather pool just seemed not too private considering there's apartments nextdoor that can watch you and your kids swim you never know if they are taking pics or videos of you just that fear alone felt unsafe. When asking for a print out of our stay the night before we left the night lady was so incompetent that she said she didn't know how to print out a receipt im like what if we needed to leave early and check out ??? I mean all front desk staff should be trained to know how to print out itemized receipts for guests 24/7. She said she didn't know how we would have to wait until the morning. Smh.

The bed was Super uncomfortable. The mattress sloped and there is a hump in the middle that caused back pain. Had a King bed but because of the slope, my husband slept on the complete opposite and of bed and on the edge.
