The hotel had a musty smell. One of the beds was tilting so like sleeping on a hill. Pool was dirty - my daughter cleared out some debris and frogs before using it.

Near our crabbing area and close to our restaurant of choice! The bed was like cardboard! The breakfast was inadequate. Eggs, gravy and biscuits for our main portion. Sausage and or bacon would have been perfect.
-
The breakfast was pretty good. Waffles were great, but eggs were a bit dry.

Nice lobby, breakfast area and pool. Beds sooooo comfortable. Just needs some updating to outside of building

There was a big mixup when I called to confirm my reservation and spoke with a man. I was told I didn't have a reservation so I registered again since there were 2 days until check in. I was charged anyway for the "non existent" reservation. The female desk clerk was professional but I wasn't happy with the extra charge. Otherwise the accommodations were great.

There is a damp smell in the room and in the corridor. The bed is not comfortable. The towels are old and very stiff, some of them have holes. All the furniture in the room is quite worn out. Breakfasts weren't great either (the orange juice had a very strange taste, like it was spoiled, so everyone who tried it threw it away)

The bed was also awful, felt no better than an old sofa bed. The springs were very hard and uncomfortable, and the platform was a metal platform with no support. When you sat on the bed, you sank all the way down to that platform as well. With the number of decent hotels within just a few blocks, there are plenty of better options.

ok some food could have been hotter borderline warm

The location The breakfast was old food. Everything was stale and the eggs were rubbery. It was very disappointing. Great deal on room but we stay for the breakfast to save more money. That didn't happen so I will pay a little more and still save money elsewhere.

The staff was very nice and friendly The hotel room was hot and stuffy most times. The mattress was loud and I could feel the metal springs so i didn't sleep well. The shower had rust spots that kinda creeped me out. And the shower felt nice ( pressure wise) but the water is soooo hard. After my shower my body was void of any moisture I had in it.

Clean, sizable rooms. Smelled clean and fresh which makes it better than other hotels in the area at the same price.

I had a very pleasant stay here! I was down in Houston for my son’s school trip to NASA and the Kemah boardwalk. I spent about 3 days here and it was enjoyable. It was a pretty fair and affordable price. But that did reflect a slight bit on the quality of the hotel. However what was most important to me and really stuck out was the kindness from the manager he also might have been the owner I’m not completely sure. And the kindness and amazing service I received from the housekeeping staff as well. I was very impressed! The manager was friendly and helped answer my questions. I was out of things for my room at one point and he made sure to restock me with supplies. I remember him pointing us to the pool when we were trying to find it also. He was helpful and friendly. It meant alot! I also loved the housekeeping staff! The super sweet housekeeping staff came to my room every day to help me! They were so kind and thoughtful! They came every day to check on us to see if we needed to throw any trash away they also always restocked me and gave me extra towels as well. That really meant a lot to me! I remember one of the days i was there I believe the manager actually was making the housekeeping rounds and helped assist in helping with housekeeping. I thought that was very nice and involved for a manager to help with housekeeping. I also loved how surprisingly comfortable the beds are here! I had the best sleep ever!

We had a room that had a metal platform bed and every time you moved the metal would pop, all night long. Come to find out next day when leaving others said their beds were great and not metal. Also the water would not shut off in the tub all the way. I went to front desk to tell them about both issues but no one ever came up front so we had to leave. it could have been a great hotel if not for that.
