Property is located near all attractions… the wiew from our room was great. The only downside was the ac unit, it was hard to sleep.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Our shower had issues with the faucet being loose but it was clean. I recommend if you want to stay in downtown Seattle and close to the waterfront.

The staff service was extremely poor. When I checked in, they only gave me the key and provided no information about the hotel, breakfast, or amenities. You have to ask everything yourself, and the staff seemed impatient and rushed to end the conversation. The front desk almost never answered the phone. Because of multiple problems in the room, I had to walk from the 7th floor to the front desk five times between 11:00 PM and midnight just to get help. Breakfast service was also frustrating. We ordered breakfast, but nobody told us where to get it, when it was ready, or how the process worked. We had to ask several times before anyone finally explained it. The ceiling light was broken, the charging outlet next to the bed did not work, and the room had a strong unpleasant odor. The pillows, blankets, and bed all felt damp and uncomfortable. I was told maintenance would come at 11:00 PM, but nobody showed up. The room was extremely small. The bathroom was barely large enough to turn around, and when the closet door was open, the entrance door could barely open. The air conditioning only provided cooling. During our stay, the temperature dropped to around 57°F at night, but there was no heating available and no extra blankets. To make matters worse, the actual room looked nothing like the photos shown on the booking website. I am extremely disappointed and would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    Great place

Room was older with no updated amenities. The parking was slightly confusing, and staff assisting us with check in left more to be desired with minimal information regarding the parking process. The area in which the hotel was located was not ideal (e.g. unsafe at times and sirens a lot of the night.)

The stay was just okay, and there were a couple of issues worth mentioning. We were provided with only one and a half rolls of toilet paper for a 4-day stay, and despite requesting more twice, none was ever delivered. The AC also struggled to keep the room comfortable, and it felt muggy most of the time.

    Great place!! Excellent location!

Really great location downtown and the size of the room was nice. WiFi really wasn’t that great and couldn’t even use the TV due to it not being able to connect to WiFi (tried many times to reconnect it) so that was a bummer. AC could’ve been a bit stronger in the room, but otherwise was a really nicely sized room and bed was comfortable. Pretty quiet too which was nice.

Dislike : too late check in, 4:20pm, Room not ready. Thats just too late. We Did on line check in as requested, Drivers license and credit card added into computer, even tho prepaid, and upon arrival, still presented info, and staff said they’d text when room was ready. Nothing for two hours. No text, so at 3:50, I checked back with them, and was told ” well 4pm check in time is not guaranteed” and the Room wasn’t ready till 4:20pm. I asked for free breakfast to accommodate, which was $25.00, and hesitantly, as I pushed, they said they’d check. We did receive one day, which was a premade sausage muffin and drip coffee in the deli in the hotel downstairs. The Room had some issues. 2 balled up Kleenexes/tissues found on floor. No shampoo in bathroom shower, just had 2 shower soaps instead. Outlet in bathroom didn’t power on, so had to plug curling iron on In front room, no garbage cans in bathrooms ( either). Worst was check out day, no hot water in shower or faucet. When we checked out and I said something, they said yes they had heard that and a work or was in. Sorry! I mean, Could you have notified us in room at least? We kept waiting to shower hoping it was momentary… not hours and hours so no shower before check out. And soap dispenser held by sticky tape fell off wall in bathroom

No working AC or Kurieg in room. Desk Clerk was apologetic but unconcerned. Parking was also an issue.

First for positives...location of the hotel is great, in downtown (Spring St) very close to the freeway. I thought the online check in was cool, but it really didnt save any time once I was at the hotel. Now for negatives. We drove around the block several times trying to find where to enter to use the advertised valet parking. We eventually had to call the hotel to figure out that they don't have valet anymore. Then, at check-in, though I had done something on-line, I basically had to repeat it at the front desk. No one to help with bags. No carts, because there are stairs to get to the elevator! Makes sense. The room, which we paid about $1000 for two nights, was so small we had to crawl over the bed to get to the window or air con (which did not cool the room). We barely had room to put down our bags, and certainly not in the bathroom. Bedding was fine, but the room was old and dingy. We got our hands dirty trying to open the window. The limited on the premises staff were nice. Next time, I will stay at Fairmont Olympic next door for similar price and way more amenities. I don't recommend this watered down hotel.
