Staff were excellent, rooms were cleaned well

Very helpful staff and kind, was a very busy time for check in and everyone was so kind. We would have to give a shout out to the Valet. Also nice clean air conditioned room.

The room was clean but showed its time, air conditioning worked well, the bed mattress was too hard for us, excellent staff, very central location, 3-5 minute walking distance from the Westlake monorail station. Very convenient for going to Seattle Central, visiting the Space Needle & Chihuly garden, etc…

this is a great hotel, conveniently located. We have stayed here many times and the staff is thee friendliest we have encountered in downtown Seattle and they are largely what keeps us coming back.

The hotel was nice and a good location. However, it was so loud at night and with the cruise goers it was mayhem. Don’t stay here during the summer, but I think cruise off season would be great.

Great location. Walked to many things. Staff was friendly. Room attendant was very accommodating. Was a bit expensive, but I guess not for Seattle.
