Attitude of the staff was awful. As soon as we arrived the man who greeted us asked why we were visiting we told him it was for the World Cup and he said they weren’t happy it was in their city, he said they don’t need any more visitors as they get the cruise passengers. The reception staff were no better, so miserable and it always felt so awkward speaking to them. Could tell we wansn’t welcome. In our 5th hotel of our stay now and this one was definitely the worst, everywhere else has been excellent.

Great location. Staff is very friendly. The restaurant at the property was nice however free breakfast was not included in the stay. Water pressure kept going down during showers and had to flush toilets at least twice even after urinating.

Reception doesn’t answer the phone, I capped them few times in different times most of the time no answer, , house keeping are good

Excellent location, updated rooms, we recommend this place

Parking was way too expensive. Broken glass on several floors that made me worried about break ins the entire time my car was there. 65$ a night for parking on top of it- and getting in and out of the lot was tricky. Lobby was a mess with debris on the floor. We had to walk through a construction zone to get to the elevators. Elevators so packed during the entire morning that we had to wait a very long time to jam into an elevator or we walked 19 floors to get to the ground level. New and existing interior design was very gaudy and distasteful. Such a shame they didn’t hire anyone with a sense of interior design. Water pressure in rooms was bad- plumbing under sink was patch worked together- and room for four of us had small full beds - not queen sized. Only positive thing about this hotel was that the beds were comfortable, the location was good, and the thermostat (albeit hacked together) seemed to work. People at front desk were nice, though…

Location is good it's easy to get to away from traffic. My view from my room was a rooftop so I kept my window closed. Hot water took so long to get, had to just shower with lukewarm water.

The bidet was awesome and is the first time I’ve seen in a hotel.

Very good

I like the location of the view from our room, cleaned room and comfortable bed. Room service at night was great. We ordered pizza and sliders for dinner. Awesome food. The Staff is unfriendly checking in. The breakfast was closed for 30mins early. No one answered the room service phone so we could order our breakfast, we went downstairs no one was at the counter waiting for ages for service, no one turned up so we left without breakfast and checked out early. The other problem is the renovation of the place it was a bit chaotic, not enough lift to use. The coffee machine in the room had no instructions how to operate.
-
location and noise-proof Shower is not strong enough

We enjoyed our stay at this place! The hotel is perfectly located within walking distance of downtown. The room was spacious and clean with a great view of the city. The bidet toilet was a nice surprise. We highly recommend this hotel. Parking was an additional cost.

I was shocked to walk into the hotel to be met with plastic painter sheeting everywhere, construction workers, scaffolding, ladders, fans, tools and more. All guests had to walk through the construction zone to enter the elevators, restaurant and makeshift lobby. I wish the hotel would have shared this information ahead of check in.
-
I had an after stay request which was approved by a manager and then wasn’t honored by the front desk staff
-
Nice employees construction was a pain and lobby on floor 10 made checking in difficult also rush times elevators were not sufficient.
-
with construction obstacles. I see AI is adding breakfast and bar quick snacks is all we saw.
