If you want a basic hotel, then this is it, but don't let them charge you $1,000 a night; it's really just a basic model 8 with the Sheraton name.
-
world cup soccer visit excellent hotel and restaurant!
-
Overall great property and located in the heart of downtown with pike place walkable. The only thing that they should improve is replace the paper and plastic cups in the room with ceramic cups. The paper cups started leaking after pouring coffee and we didn’t realise and ended up spilling on our clothes.

Perfect location!

We had great staff and room was comfortable. Staff was helpful getting us transportation and let us have a late check out time. Hotel was close to everything.
-
Room was clean and staff were very informative and helpful.
-
There was no airport shuttle as stated on their website. Just some taxis on the street. I don't think I will stay here again.

Very clean. Room was very nice and the staff answered all of my questions. Very nice stay. Close to shopping and a reasonable walking distance to the light rail.

If you are questioning getting a corner room, DON’T! A corner room (higher floors) allows you two different views of the city and so much natural light. Our room was spacious, clean, included a fridge, wish it had a microwave, the bed was cozy, the water pressure in the shower was great, and the housekeeping staff was so accommodating when we asked for something. The hotel is centrally located and is a nice walk to everything we wanted to see and do. We literally parked the car (parking structure right across the street) and walked. If we didn’t walk, the monorail wasn’t that far of a walk either. We didn’t hit the bar…not our thing. We went to Vivienne’s Bistro (Asian restaurant attached to the hotel) small, lively, with delicious food…make a reservation. The only drawback, I wished Starbucks (inside the hotel) stayed open longer. A great four days, we’ll be back for sure!

The convenience of the amenities offered at the property and the location make this a great place to stay!

Quietest city hotel I’ve ever staid. Friendly service, comfortable beds, great location

The room was clean, but you could tell the bathroom floors weren't cleaned properly. We had to order extra towels and toilet paper because when we arrived, there were only three towels and half a roll. Pillows and blankets were terrible; if you're a woman, bring your own. The food is way overpriced, which I understand since we are in Seattle.

Wonderful trip great location. The only complaint we would have is the parking was very very expensive so we parked offsite.
-
Room is very clean. Staff is helpful
-
Allowed us a late check in and a late check out to accommodate our travel plans
-
Starbucks on site was really good point! Although the rooms are dated to a point but to very good standard nonetheless

Great location and near all the big tourist attractions, clean, safe, quiet, nice staff, lots of included amenities in the destination fee, fast and delicious room service menu. It's pricey but with it. I would definitely stay here again!
