Great location near light rail and pike’s market

Loved this property. Overall, fantastic stay. The only thing I caution is to be sure that you use your $25 voucher daily. We checked in late the first night and was not able to use it. The charge still appeared on the bill. Just wish it was made a little clearer upon arrival. Additionally, the snack options were a bit scare maybe because you could use the voucher at the station upfront.

Great location. Easy access to transportation and walking distance to waterfront and surrounding areas.

The tv show was disturbing. What hotel would play murder mysteries for the customers to see when they enter?
-
The restaurant on site was good. The parking was interesting as you have to ring for someone to help if the gate is closed. The elevators do indeed need the room key to then take you to the floor....make sure you have yours accessible! The staff we encountered were indeed friendly and informed us of things happening that evening. It is within walking distance of coffee shops, cafes and Pikes Market Place.

Great experience

While the hotel was nice, the required $25 service charger per day was excessive. With that you get $15 credit for food and snacks. Unfortunately, they couldn’t trouble themselves to restock the snacks for two days so we wasted that credit. In addition, they put the workout/weight room right next to patron rooms. The constant clanking and banging of the weights and machines made it challenging to enjoy the stay or even SLEEP when people chose to workout past midnight or at 3:00 am.

Room was ok. There is no breakfast other than at the main restaurant. The selection of purchasable snacks was disappointing.
-
The room was nice but the air conditioning was really loud when the fan was running and you could see some age showing in there hallways. The beds and everything were comfortable and quality. The restaurant was really nice but an expensive place to eat. The burgers were excellent but they were $28. Overall, it’s a 4 out of 5 stars experience

Good location, good price.. nothing fancy !!

Superb

The free welcome drinks were a nice touch. Parking on site available for $60 but parking is awkward. The bathroom door is a sliding barn door that doesn’t lock or stay closed so that was weird. But otherwise clean, and staff was nice.

For $350 a night stay, and breakfast costing $30 each, we felt this was accessive. Also, a glass of wine was $22. Then adding fees, $38. Then an expected tip. So $40 for one glass of marginal wine. Then, we asked for more pods of coffee (only 2 given) and asked if there was a charge. The answer was "maybe". Shower leaked onto the floor. Ran out of conditioner. Not so much good to say about this stay...

I loved the rooftop area and the location. My only wish would have been a more cost effective parking option. The restaurant was lovely and the service and food was wonderful. A nice way to spend a holiday.

Bathroom shower vibrates when water tap is fully opened as if a helicopter is running above your head.

Clean and great location

Very kind front desk, I forgot his name, but he sounds Slavic. All the other agents seems to be friendly as well and interacted well with their guests. The room is clean and spacious. The hotel is also close to the mall, monorail station, and Pike Market. I highly recommend this hotel.
