Great location and overall feel of hotel. Restaurant was great as well! Would definitely stay here again

The room was clean but the mirrors, and there were a lot of them, were filthy.

The service was great and our room was very clean, but I did notice a bit of a musty smell on some towels. However, my nose is very sensitive to this and my wife didn't really notice. The bigger issue I had was with the functionality of the room which seemed to be compromised in the name of art and style. There are mirrors everywhere except where you need them most, above the bathroom sink. Instead, there's a large window that opens up to the rest of the room. I'm not sure why you'd ever need this. To shave or put in contact lenses, you have to use a small countertop mirror (non-illuminated) that you have to bend down to use. The lights in the room are integrated into two wall panels near the entrance and night stand which let you control them remotely, but I could not figure out how to turn on just the hall lights without the other lights in the room. There just doesn't seem to be enough buttons to cover every combination of lights. We also had an issue with our shower faucet being stuck on scalding hot, but I don't know if this was an isolated or common occurrence. The restaurant food, service, and view were excellent, and the business center useful.

Good location in downtown Seattle. Very helpful staff. Bellmen always available and courteous. Breakfast menu excellent, though somewhat overpriced. Because this is a large hotel, it’s particularly well-suited to conventions and events.

Not a true spa, room was clean and contemporary- beautiful design; street- noise, recommend requesting quiet room

Location was pretty good. We were able to walk to pikes market and the aquarium. It's all uphill going back to the hotel su be orepared for that. There are homeless people a few streets away but they did not engage with us or panhandle. The staff was friendly. Didn't like that the bathroom had a glass window that looked into the main room. It did have blinds but even closed, the light shined through and was annoying when someone went to the bathroom during the night. We had a room looking out towards the bay so it's possible it was so you could enjoy the view from the bathroom. The bathroom also didn't have a door. The toliet had a separate cubicle (with door) as did the shower.

The rooms were modern, stylish, and luxurious, and the waterfront views were simply breathtaking. The dining experience was equally impressive, with outstanding food throughout my stay. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit and look forward to returning in the future.
