The room was really cute we loved the bed and all the green paint. The place was very clean and we loved the drinks and snacks available for purchase! It was literally impossible to park our van, i wish they had made parking information available we ended having to park 12 miles away. We had a really long wait for staff to show up for checking in. We also were not informed by staff that the doors lock at night. The TV also hangs out into the walkway in the room.

Great location. Hotel has some charm. Was told the entire an area in front of the hotel was cleaned up by the city. No homeless hanging in front of the hotel

Parking is always my biggest challenge at the Palihotel. The vibe at the hotel, the restaurant downstairs, and the location are my reasons for staying.

Room was very clean and charming. Staff was SUPER helpful, and we appreciated that they had a security guard in the lobby after dark.

Great location right across the street from Pike Place and short walk to the pier. Staff are as super helpful and check-in was a breeze. Property is well maintained and even offer views of the water.

I had A bunk bed??? I’m an adult. Hit my head twice. Lightning in the bathroom was horrible. Staff was great location was great

Both wall sockets failed to hold an electric plug making the sockets useless. The result was one remote outlet for charging devices. The single pane window was inadequate to deal with the noise of late night crowd in the adjacent alley. Stairwell landings were obstructed by housekeeping cart and supplies potentially causing hazard during an emergency evacuation.

The location & the front desk staff, we encountered three of them separately, were phenomenal! Signage to which way the elevator is on the room floors would be helpful.
