When we checked out, not only was there no mention of the discrepancy, they did not even ask how the stay was!!!!! Staff absolutely does not care. When we got to our rooms, the Air conditioner was broken and had to switch rooms, and they still did not give us the room we paid for. Such a disappointing stay.

The Charter Hotel was an excellent choice for our brief stay in Seattle prior to our departure for a cruise. The location was ideal for exploring the neighborhood. The area is very walkable. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious and very comfortable. The entire hotel was extremely welcoming. I would definitely consider staying there again.

This hotel was beautiful and was situated right in the middle of so many restaurants and activities. The room was so comfortable and spacious. The valet parking was always on top of getting our car and the staff was top notch.

The side of the sink had molds. The room they gave us had the view of the public garage.

The location close to Pike Place Market and public transit was exceptional. Even the weather was bright and sunny with mild temperatures--not the Seattle we have visited in the past. Our stay could not have been more perfect.

I liked the room and the location. I was overcharged by more than $100. I was told at checkout that it would come off of the final bill, but I had to pay it in it's entirety to check out. When I reviewed my final bill that arrived via email, it was not removed. The restaurant food service was terrible. I waited almost 2 hours for a baked potato. WHen it finally arrived, it was cold, and the melted cheese had congealed. The others at my table waited almost as long as I did for burgers. We were a table of 6.

Great hotel, large rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Nice sauna and steam room in the gym area that are free to use. Short walk to Pike's Place Market. Restaurant on the top floor with views of the water and great food.

Great staff and perfect location. The parking was a little confusing, but we figured it out.
