It’s very comfortable and super clean and the handicap bathroom is nice The Customer Service is lousy those young girls upfront. They have no respect for people. They makeit the hotel three stars instead of five. They need to go to some Customer Service classes.

This hotel was just a last minute resting place. The room we was given was small, the bed was hard, we could hear everything all night long because they put us close to the front desk. It worked for what I needed but would not be my first choice for a long stay. The night staff was ok but the morning staff was more friendly. Breakfast was served in the am. My husband liked it, I have food sensitivity so I did not eat I brought my own and the lobby microwave smelled like old cheese. They charge you a $20 hold fee if you use a debit card. Parking was ok. This hotel is just ok.

Good location. Rooms are clean and staff are nice and polite Stayed 4 nights. Wednesday thru Sunday. Has a 3 day reservation but decided to go a day early ,so we so got a 1 night reservation. We were able to keep the same room for the Second reservation so Friday night I asked for maid service on Saturday. We leave the room at 6:00 am Saturday morning and I asked on the way out the door if we were going to be getting maid service and was told yes,only to return late Saturday to find that no one had been there to clean. We had to take out the trash go get clean towels for a second time get Toilet paper from the front desk all while others were checking in. I was told about an hour later that they were going to refund part of my money to make up for the way the hotel had treated us but Four days later I still haven’t gotten that. I’ve never been treated in this manner at what is supposed to be a 4 and 5 star hotel.
