Casa Sorrentina

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of everything, I love to go out the French doors and look over to see everyone promenading. There was a great cross-breezenwith the windows open and I loved hearing all the sounds of the street. Breakfast was plentiful and hearty - these were the best croissants I've ever had! I ate at least 3 every morning. The staff was very kind. Beds were comfortable, room was spacious and had high ceilings, it felt like plenty of space for 4 of us. We were able to walk to the hotel from the train station. Note that you do have to pay a tourist tax with cash which was 4 euros per person per night. I enjoyed the noise from the street, but people that are sensitive sleepers might not like that.

I loved everything about it, they were close to everything an very accommodating. Whatever the issue or non issue they responded in minutes. Very, very clean with breakfast every morning as well as small items left to nibble on which was great. Highly recommended and I would definitely recommend. Karen From US

Property is in excellent location The only thing which I would change is the room cleaning hours, it was done until 10:00 am, but you are on vacation and mostly at room. So not the best option

Needed breakfast to be offered at an earlier time. Missed out on breakfast due to early tour times and one of the reasons I chose the hotel was because breakfast was included.

The reception was receptive of requests and respond promptly. The included breakfast was not available but we were warned and offered to cancel.

No room service. No new towel entire stay

Breakfast was lovely especially la torta. Staff was sweet and helpful. Staff went above and beyond. Rosa is a sweet lady! Some black mildew in shower.

The property was everything as indicated….great location for shops and restaurants. Clean and very good breakfast. We di$nt have a car which was fine in Sorrento. The steps to get in may be an issue for some. We were okay with them.

Location are very good No elevator , we ask for the iron many times , there is one iron for all rooms , the room is not clean , no wi fi ,no conditioner at the bathroom , poor furniture, poor breakfast , no enough light at the dining area

Excelente location. Good Breakfast ?. Clean room. The host a litter bit unhappy. No elevator. In Room #3 The air conditioner is not the size the room needle. The room were hot.

Good air conditioning, comfy beds, very clean, great location. Check-in ends at 8:00 PM, which was difficult to meet due to traffic.

Location The bathroom was loaded with mold. Told them upon checking and nothing was done until the day before we left. They never communicated anything. Went to booking.com and still no resolution. Made it a very disappointing trip to Sorrento
