Location is excellent, right in the city centre. From the train or bus station is a mere 10-15mins comfortable walk.

The location was great, right in the city center near lots of excellent restaurants and a 10 minute walk to the ferry. The room was dark and small. The bedding seemed old and there was no hot water. Some staff members were great, very friendly and welcoming and some were rude and inflexible.

Location was great! Central to restaurants, cafes, markets, train station, ferries. Staff friendliness and attentiveness was inconsistent. We requested a spoon for meds- it seemed as if we were quite an inconvenience. Same with an extra towel request. Breakfast; would have been better with at least 1 hot food offering. And again, except for one friendly lady, the rest of the morning breakfast staff didn’t seem happy to see us.

Location location location, right in the middle of it all and yet quiet enough that didn’t interfere with sleep. Nothing lacking.

Centralized location. Staff was great and easy to talk to/ request items from. Nothing bad about the property other than no lift to the rooms from lobby. But there is a lift from ground floor to lobby.

In the heart of Sorrento close to everything. 2 min walk to main Plaza! Very clean and the nice thing about this place is they have laundry facility on 1st floor for 10 euro.Breakfast was pretty good too! They provide a beach towel for guest. They are very helpful. The breakfast are balcony looks over the Main Street with a nice feel. Someone at the desk at all times. Nothing
