We enjoyed our stay and everything about the hotel was great. It is in a perfect location close to everything. The breakfast was great with a good choice of food. Very clean rooms. Staff was always friendly and willing to help. Would definitely recommend The bedding could of been better and mattress was not very comfortable

We were upgraded to the ocean view and it was a beautiful room. It was a 5 minute walk to the train station. We walked all the way down to the water which was very beautiful, but fairly strenuous. The hotel has a very nice breakfast buffet to start the day and there is a beautiful garden. The hotel room was very nice and spacious. The bathrooms were in new condition. It was a great place to stay to explore the city.

The hotel is a surprise for us. We booked all 4-star hotels in our trip, and this one is the best! It feels light and airy when step in, beautiful plants throughout the lobby and common areas. The room looks like newly renovated, spacious and stylish, with a relaxing coastal vine. Mountain view with a good size balcony. Breakfast has plenty of options. The glass wall between the room and the bathroom. If you go to the bathroom in the middle of the night, the entire room is lit up. Your partner may not like that.

Ocean view rooms are a must, superb location and view. Feel the ocean breeze right at your door. Short walk from the RR station, short walk to city center, short walk to the heart of Sorrento.

Despite the initial. AC issues, we found the room and hotel installations very comfortable, and the staff was outstanding. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond. The air conditioning was not properly set during the first few days of our stay, making the room quite hot and uncomfortable. It only worked well on the last day. I believe it may have been due to a lack of familiarity with managing what seems to be a brand-new system. We were told this is the oldest hotel in town, and they are currently carrying out beautiful renovations this year. I suspect the air conditioning is part of these ongoing improvements.

Location is good，near City center and train station, room is spacious and comfortable. Service quanlity and food quality ( cause we booked half board) still have chance to be improved.

There is not one negative comment or thought I could possibly say about Grand Hotel Cesarean Augusto. It was a perfect location, the room was very nice, comfortable and well maintained. My biggest compliment goes to the staff, all performed at the highest level of customer service and politeness. Although one employee Sebastian went up and above my highest expectations. I was very impressed and pleased to have his help. A perfect example of how to do your job well. I am a director of an organization. Thank you. Victoria Kingsland please pass this on. I have not one negative comment.

Every aspect was excellent. The staff was wonderful and accommodating from our arrival, to helping us secure transfers, etc. Our suite was beautiful with a balcony and nice view. Breakfast was terrific and the location was great - walking distance to everything! The pool area and bar were very nice with a terrific view. What was not to like!!

Great locartion overlooking the Roman Amphitheatre. The staff were very helpful and let us park our motorcycle right outside the fron door.

Amazing view from our room. Great location, easy walking distance to the town center. And an amazing breakfast.. Pool not open at night. Can’t eat breakfast on the rooftop .
