Staff, they were very kind. Charging for water; I consider water should be free, but I know is Italy, not USA.

Location is quite nice close to the train station and town center. 1. Sound insulation is virtually nonexistent. You can easily hear what next door is talking about, let alone the road noise, which is extremely loud. 2. Hotel staff stopped me from bringing a shopping bag into the hotel as they claimed to prohibit any food or drink purchase from outside. First, I don’t know this is even legal. Second, no one informed me this rule when I booked or checked in the hotel. And who are they to tell whether or when we can eat a fruit that the hotel doesn’t necessarily provide all the time? This is weird on so many levels and beyond ridiculous! 3. This is the first hotel I’ve stayed with all over the world that doesn’t provide facial tissue!

Very clean, very professional staff at the front desk. The hotel forbid guests from having food or drink from outside the hotel in their rooms; I've never experienced that in decades of traveling.

Very good location and pleasant staff. This is not a hotel called Hotiday Hotel. It is called Cesare Augusto and apparently some rooms have been set aside by the Hotiday organization. I believe that we paid a premium for this privilege which wasn’t apparent during our stay with the exception of being shown to a window seat for breakfast. The room was dated and lacking in decor. It was clean.

Central location, the staff are wonderful, breakfast is fab, room is cozy and cleaners came every day. Deffo recommend! Rooms can be noisy due to main road but we didnt really notice, rooftop bar is great touch just no atmosphere when we went dead quiet so never used it, the pool is also great but absolutely freezing so never went in

Big and comfortable room, balcony, bar on roof top with swimming pool. Moderate breakfast was quite good, not perfect. Had small issues with toiletries, cleaning wasn’t perfect.

The attention was amazing!

The air conditioning wasn’t working properly in our room. We thought maybe this was normal but other guests told us they had properly working air conditioning . We asked to have it fixed and they came twice. It still wasn’t working efficiently, yet they contested and said it was fine. They offered a fan which was very helpful, but as guests staying for seven nights, we were disappointed with their attitude on this point. This hotel is great overall but would recommend you have issues fixed right away if they occur.

Its our second time in this beautiful hotel! And this time i felt its even got better the breakfast is so good with big selection, the staff are amazing and so kind, the location so central I will come back to this hotel each time Nothing

Location The staff was very rude, had poor manners, and came across as arrogant and prepotent—even the manager. There was a misunderstanding with our booking, and instead of trying to help, they showed no sense of customer service or willingness to resolve the issue. The room was not properly cleaned and lacked attention to detail. Basic amenities like soap, towels, and garbage removal were either missing or poorly handled. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend this place.

Front desk service employees are very nice , informative and helpful. Nice looking entry and lobby ,beautiful garden,rooftop pool. Location only 5 minutes walk to city center. Dirty windows in the room and outside in the corridor, toilet flush button broken, the shower cabin bottom is damaged and look horrible, an empty bottle without liquid soap stuck to the wall, in the closet there is a broken suitcase left by someone earlier.Generally entire room is looking outdated and tired.Very strong smell of cleaning product used by maid.

The hotel itself, Grand Hotel Cesare Augusto was exceptional, super clean and staffs are very accommodating. The room is big enough for a family of 3. They have a coffee maker and coffee included. Also shampoo and other toiletries. The fact that they have a private parking is a big plus! They have a welcome drink as well. And the breakfast included is marvelous! I wished i can go back again to such a beautiful place. Highly recommended!

The breakfast looked good, but all the hot food was cold so it made me think it sat in the caffing dishes for a long time. A few times all the front desk staff woukd all be staring at one computer ignoring clients. One they spoke to me,they were nice. I left important medicine in my room #222. I hope to hear that they have it.

A Wonderful Stay at This Hotel! I had a fantastic experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the large reception area and the warm welcome from the friendly, helpful, and kind receptionists made me feel at home. The buffet was impressive, offering a wide variety of delicious food, fresh fruits, and tempting sweets. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well-maintained, ensuring a relaxing stay. The hotel’s large garden was beautifully kept, and everything—both inside and outside—was exceptionally clean. Its location is also perfect, just a 5-minute walk from the train and bus station and very close to the main square. Plus, there are plenty of excellent restaurants nearby to explore. Overall, a great experience—I highly recommend. Thank you ? Nothing
