The hotel was in the perfect location, the staff were very helpful, welcoming and the hotel was clean and comfortable. We needed a doctor when we were there and the staff helped arrange things and we had a visit within 45 minutes. I would stay here again. Everything was great.

Staff was exceptional and very helpful. In particular, Fabio was truly outstanding and provided wonderful recommendations for dinner and overall customer service! Daniela also did a very good job with prompt and helpful replies via email as we were planning the trip!

It was stunning - I am not certain I could have handled crowds in the high season but as it was - I loved this hotel. It was centrally located and it was gorgeous. Nothing other than our neighbor who woke up to a zoom call at 5:30 am.

Great breakfast and perfect location

The hotel enjoys one of the best locations in Sorrento, right next to Piazza Tasso. It is within a short walking distance of the promenade, the harbor, the lemon pedestrian street, and the train station. The breakfast is wonderful and offers an excellent selection of cakes and desserts, as well as fresh fruits and vegetables. The breakfast area opens onto a charming garden filled with citrus trees, creating a particularly pleasant start to the day. The dining room staff are kind and attentive, with special thanks to Rocco, who made our experience especially enjoyable. The public areas are somewhat dated, but the rooms themselves - especially the bathrooms - have been renovated. We arrived to celebrate our honeymoon and were upgraded to a room on a private floor with a large balcony. If we had to point out one minor issue, there was a small wall-mounted vent in the room that released air every few hours, which caused some light noise. We haven't informed the receptionist about it since it did not disturb us.

Perfect location just steps from Sorrento’s main Piazza Tasso. Our room with balcony overlooked stunning plunging ravine, beautiful gardens including Sorrento lemon grove and swimming pool. Beautiful, spotless rooms and baths. Included breakfast of house made pastries, fresh fruits, eggs, local sausages, etc etc. Was scrumptious daily surprise. Staff was cheery and so helpful. Luxe days near best restaurants, close by public and private transportation and port boats and ferries, in the heart of charming Sorrento. Daily easy ccess to Pompeii and Herculaneum, Capri and Ischia, Amalfi Coast and all the beaches. Everything! Would absolutely recommend hotel and its prime location in the heart of beautiful Sorrento, and its accessibility to all the area’s historic and beautiful sites.
