Overall, we had a great stay and really enjoyed the beautiful gardens and peaceful atmosphere. The only downside was that our room didn’t have curtains, which meant the morning sunlight came in very early and woke us up sooner than we would have liked. Adding window coverings would make an otherwise wonderful stay even better.

Such a lovely historic hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious, the bed and pillows super comfortable! The staff was so friendly and helpful, and breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be back.

This hotel was built in 1915 and has many famous people staying there. Old building and furniture in the lobby has specific antique smell; the floor surfaces are uneven but overall it feels like you are in an old castle. The staff is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. Hotel offers pretty good hot breakfast. There is a pool outside. Some vip status guests receive complimentary water and snacks. You will find some historic information about the hotel in your room together with a postcard featuring hotel. Very nice presentation.

Everything was cooked to perfection and if you wanted anything special ordered the kitchen cooks and staff were super attentive and made up anything you wanted. The extended sitting areas outside and inside are spacious and quiet, you definitely renew your peace. Thank you

Great historic property. The staff was amazing, friendly, and helpful. Great pool with plenty of lounge seating. Towels at the ready poolside. Will definitely go back. Bonus points for easy and accessible free parking.

Good location with easy access over the causeway to Treasure Island and Madeira Beach. Top floor has a bit of a musty smell but Hotel is 110 years old. Wish we had seen some ghosts. Rooms are huge with comfortable bed and good size bathroom. Cold AC just a bit noisy. Breakfast was the best we have had by far at this price point. Good choice for this area.

This historic inn was lovely! Friendly staff, clean rooms, and an extensive breakfast buffet in the beautiful dining room.The beach on the Gulf was just a quick drive across the causeway. Would ABSOLUTELY visit again!

We love the Crystal Bay Hotel! This was our second time staying in this charming & historic B&B. We have stayed in the porch accessible rooms both times and enjoy sitting out there on the rocking chairs in the evenings. We had a nice welcoming gift bag waiting for us when we arrived. The rooms definitely have an older feel, but that is part of the charm. They are immaculately clean and have everything we need. We enjoyed the outdoor pool this time, which was also clean and refreshing. There is a continental breakfast in the mornings which we haven't used, but it smells amazing. There is a bay and cute park right across the street, and it's about a fifteen minute drive to the beach access that we like.This gem will continue to be our go to spot in St. Pete!

Such a lovely and cozy stay at the Crystal Bay Hotel! From the friendly service to the classic homestyle breakfast, everything was perfectly done. Very well maintained and quiet. Air conditioning was amazing. The area was also just as quiet and pleasant! Definitely worth staying here for a comforting experience.
