The rooms are small but everything else was great. Staff was so kind and amazing. It's a very cute hotel and walking distance from the water and great bars and restaurants

Love the location and price. Amenities were wonderful. Did not care for the beds. I would stay here again!

The location is perfect for exploring downtown St. Pete, and the pool area was one of the highlights of my trip. The pool party was a blast with a great atmosphere and friendly people. I also loved the restaurant—the food was delicious and the service was excellent. Overall, the Hollander Hotel has an amazing team, a fun and welcoming vibe, and everything you need for a great stay. I can't wait to come back!

This boutique hotel was adorable and quaint. It was located near many walkable restaurants and attractions. The pool, pool bar and restaurant were great as well. The room was also nice and the bed comfortable. Only recommendation would be that the pool could be cooler in the summer heat.

Had a great stay all around. Charming eclectic decor with 1933 elements. Pool was clean, nice cabanas, outdoor bar service. Adult patrons. Indoor bar with tap beers, reasonable prices. Beds were comfy either ample pillows and linens. AC worked well. Breakfast omelette was tasty and well priced. Coffee was a little ‘burnt’ tasting ala Starbucks- my only complaint. Close to boutique and local artist shops. Highly recommend.

A unique hotel in a good location. Walking distance to St Pete pier and everything in Central Blvd. The coffee shop has good and affordable coffee and snacks. The Tap room always had people hanging out or eating. The pool was a little warm to me, but it is very hot and humid outside so they can’t really control it. Staff is friendly and helpful.

This is the only hotel I stay at in St. Pete’s because I love it so much!!!

If you need a break from the cookie cutter hotel scene, this is definitely a place to consider along with its sister hotel, the Avalon. Both of them are unique, boutique and retro with lots of services good restaurant and bar and seem to also be a bit of a community hangout as well. My room was extremely clean and cute ( ki g suite) and I must say I really did enjoy staying at the hotel. It’s an older building and despite the fact that it was spic and span clean I felt like my room was a little moist, but honestly, the location and the great service and the friendly environment just made up for all of that. I would definitely stay there again. I also loved the extremely large front porch with comfy outdoor furniture.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The spacious room was super-clean and well-decorated. Very nice to have the in-lobby Tap Room restaurant with great selection and delicious food. Area was safe and walkable to museums, venues and Beach Drive restaurants

Funky place with a friendly vibe. If you’ve been turned off hotel chains, try this place. Easy 10-15min walk to the Pier, a couple of fun bars in-house, neighborhood is quirky but felt safe. My wife and I (in our 60s) loved our stay. And St Pete is a fun place to be at night too.

Great location, pool, friendly staff, but food was only okay. That might just be the restaurant scene in the area though! Loved our time here, room was comfortable! The free water at the front was such a nice touch! Not much! The value for food was not amazing though.

I stayed for just one night and found the room to be clean, comfortable, and well maintained. While the room was on the smaller side and might feel a little cramped for a longer stay, it was perfectly adequate for a short visit. The bed was comfortable, and everything was clean. We arrived on Sunday afternoon and were disappointed to find that the pool and bar areas were extremely busy with non-resident visitors. The atmosphere was very lively, with loud music playing throughout the afternoon. As a result, we were unable to enjoy the pool area as we had hoped. The noise also carried throughout the property, although it was less noticeable in our room thanks to its second-floor location and the windows being kept closed. Guests looking for a quieter and more relaxing environment may wish to bear this in mind, particularly on weekends.

Staff restaurant ambiance

The pub had great food and service. I was there on a Sunday so the pool was packed but it wasn't my scene. The price was amazing and the parking easy. The bed was comfortable. The lighting in the room was very dim and the noise from the hallway was a little loud. The bathroom was VERY small.

This is our second time staying at this location and will stay here every time we visit this area. It is such a quaint little place and the bar/restaurant are amazing. The pool is wonderful.

Great stay! Staff were so friendly and helpful. Andrew was great and Taylor was an awesome bartender. 100% will be back I can’t wait to be back
