A little dated premise

Good basic breakfast, clean rooms and welcoming staff

Beds were comfortable but the a\c struggled to keep cool. Was not informed that the place looks like it's shutdown because it's being heavily under remodeled, I payed for my stay with booking the person at the desk was charging me additional fees and a deposit on top of that not a problem paying it but would of like to been informed prior to booking there. Funny smells coming out of all different places for example the elevator. I just know I won't ever book there again.

We moved over to the Holiday Inn Express in Stafford. It was cheaper, and much, much better. Much better breakfast, two elevators instead of one, two chairs in room instead of one, 24-hour hot coffee on a machine (not available at Hampton Inn).

Staff was helpful and property was clean.

There was a hole in my bathroom ceiling that was blowing in dust so bad that I had to use my inhaler. Also I killed 3 bugs in the bathroom. I could barely sleep thinking there were more bugs!

My family has stayed at this hotel more than 4 time the past 2 years. Breakfast is alway great and enjoyable. The rooms ate always neat and clean.

Pool is horrible, Jose was nice and friendly, they're doing construction so plan on hearing drilling and loud noise. The pool needs a major update. Not a great experience.

Parking is okay Property is built wrong they are still fixing a lot! Our lights randomly went out n i so happend to check the door in our room which was UNLOCK both ways and led to another room .. ( that couldve been danger if the wrong person was on the other side)
