The bed was very comfortable and so were the pillows. We slept so good. Our king bedroom was also very big and spacious. Not many hotels have good ac units but this was honestly the BEST! Loved everything about this hotel. Staff were even able to give me the 1st floor just as I requested. The only issue we had, was not having any cold water in the bathroom sink. It was very hot when we washed our face & brushed our teeth, never did it get cold.

Upon arrival desk clerk notified me that the elevator was broken, & the only rooms available were on the 3rd floor. He gave us the option to cancel reservation. I canceled & booked at another hotel.

Room was clean, didn’t get to swim weather was bad :(, staff was very friendly smiling and speaking, all kind of restaurants and shopping near.

Honestly, you get what you pay for. It's a decent night's sleep.

Roaches/bedbugs/trash in the hallway/sticky stained carpets/cigarette holes in the curtains/water all over the floors/though the clerk was nice was very unknowledgeable about how to reach the manager to cancel and refund my money. Issue still unresolved

I didn't like that we were right by elevator and hearing noise with a lot of traffic. Also, the outside construction being done was right outside our room and so the loud noise and banging made it hard to sleep in.

The property smelled of cigarette smoke in the building and rooms that were supposed to be smoke-free I'm currently still waiting on my refund.
