Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott at Dulles Airport

Location to Dulles was great. But bathroom ceiling covered in mold was disgusting and made us not use the showers which kinda was the point of staying there! (To be fair, we didn’t have chance to ask for another room, which we should have….we expect more from this reputable brand which is why we chose it.) Disappointed. Bed was fine.

Outlet in 321 between the window and bed was coming out of the wall and sparking when we plugged something in.

Booked here after a cancelled flight. Shuttle was quick to arrive at the airport. Easy check in. The little store up front came in handy with snacks and detergent. Washer and dryer was were in working order and easy to use. Room clean and cozy. Great breakfast in the morning and shuttle on time to take back to airport. Staff very helpful in communicating after leaving tablet in room. Definitely recommend.

Wonderful hotel if you have a long layover. Bed was super comfortable and the room was great.

Nice location, although we didn't explore the area in any details. This was an overnight stay following a late flight. Really appreciated the courtesy bus, which delivered us to the door. I also used it the following morning to get back to the airport to collect my rental car. Although we didn't use it, there were ready meals available and a microwave oven to cook them in. I can't think of anything.

The parking is excellent, and the room is large. The bathroom cleaning was poor; you could see dirt around the rim of the toilet bowl where the water flushes out. I believe this is why there was a sewage smell inside the bathroom, which was not pleasant. Also, one of the bed sheets was old and pilled; I had to replace it with one of my own so I could sleep.

I like the hotel. It serves my needs. However, I will say the ceiling above the shower had major water damage and appeared to have had mildew and there were a few ants crawling around the room.

Location was good Free and ample parking The handicap room door was impossible to open as it weighed so much! No one in a wheelchair could open it. There was no countertop in the bathroom to place anything and the Kleenex dispenser was 4 feet off the floor. You need to remodel that room!!

Close to the airport. The shuttle bus really helped ease our journey.

Close to the airport No bottle of water at the room as we are travelling and no market close I believe the hotel put few bottles of water free at the room
