Nice large room there were a few spots on the headboard, but otherwise clean. Very convenient to the area.

It was just OK They took a security deposit money & then did not return it at the check out time & even did not transfer back till now. Other hotels normally don’t take any security deposit.

One of the AC's was broken, the Manager said she was going to add Hilton Honors points to my account. But she never did.

I had other guys stay at this hotel and it was a pane in the ASS checking them in! I made the reservations online but the hotel clerk wouldn't let me let them check in without me sending / Approving them to stay in the room with the app on my phone. Even though their name was clearly on the hotel reservation……

Last thing about breakfast don't expect to much no hog meals at all.

Friendly staff, large clean room. Lobby was very hot. AC wasn't working

Staff was friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. They had full size shampoo, conditioner, and soap for the shower. The air conditioning unit was super quiet in the room and didn't wake me up when cycling off and on. It wasn't a "hot" breakfast. Hard boiled eggs, fruit, juice, bagles and muffins. But it was a good breakfast.

One thing I liked is the free pickup and drop off from the airport. And location was nearer to the airport. First of all, the room lacked even the most basic amenities. There was no water available on the floor, so even in an emergency, you had to go all the way down to the ground floor to get some. The air conditioning was terrible. My mom and I were sweating the entire time. There were two AC units in the room, but one was unplugged. After plugging it in, I realized it made a loud motor-running noise whenever it was turned on. I had no choice but to keep it running throughout the night just so I could get some sleep. There wasn't even a coffee mug, drinking glass, or electric kettle in the room. Keep in mind that I had booked a King Suite. The trash bin was extremely small and inadequate. The room felt very minimally equipped. There were two TVs in the room, but there was barely anything available to watch. Breakfast ended at 8:30 AM, which was quite early. The staff never seemed to proactively refill the food. The coffee was constantly empty, and each time someone had to ask the receptionist before it was refilled. There were also no muffins or bread left during breakfast. Overall, we were very disappointed with our stay.

Clean rooms and convenient location.

I had a one night stay before a flight out the following morning. This property is clean and adequate. It is very close to the airport which is nice. There were no problems with the room and everything worked as it should.

It was a great option near the airport

room didn’t have access to internet nor a functioning TV or a phone. Strange!! by the time the kind “Airport Shuttle Driver” figured it out it was 10:00PM (I checked in at 6:00Pm) The didn’t have an IT person available. I’ll return but will sure check my room for any tech issues before I accept it.
