I think the main improvement would be provide a water fountain or drinkable tapwater. The tapwater in the room was hot (on cold setting) otherwise it was trying to purchase from a badly stocked machine. This is Florida and it gets VERY hot, so an improvement needed. There's a few shops and restaurants nearby - check out the excellent Brazilian almost next door. In the room is a fridge and microwave which were useful. Overall a good place to stay that won't kill the budget.

So, to be honest we were a little skeptical because it was an older building. I must say this property was excellent. The rooms have been redone. The staff was super helpful and amazing. The lady doing the breakfast Ms. Linda was the best breakfast attendant I’d ever had. She spoke to everyone and was very helpful to families with children. It was basically like having our own personal server. We will be back. Good bang for your buck.

Breakfast till 9:30... please...those of us who arrive after midnight while traveling ( sometimes 2 a.m.) have to skip it. It's a necessity for us traveling late.

Comfortable beds and hot water for showers. Door not very secure (literally was bendy) with a huge hap underneath for bugs, snakes, or sp8ders to enter from outside. Very limited TV channels (no cable) and half in Spanish.
