Good they wait for me even when i was 5 minutes later to check in

The hot tub had technical issues temperature wasnt good. Pool wasnt heated. Bed was very uncomfortable.

Older property that looks appealing...but the room was very outdated...and the rooms are spread-out from the main lobby and the sidewalk is rough concrete that suitcases don't easily roll on...and the elevator is way in the back of the property...

Mariela at the check in desk was amazing. She is so personable and accommodating; a great asset to the Doubletree team!

All was great

Dirty, run down, toilet ran most of night, and let’s not talk about the loud neighbors at 3:30-5:30 in the morning. Took an hour for security to do anything about it.

Clean room. Was told the property was shutting after January 1. 2026

Staff great. Biggest challenge was lack of directional signage and low visibility of room numbers on third floo when dark outside making the room hard to find. Add in any vision challenges a guest may have and it would be easy to not be able to locate their room at all. When getting to free Wi-Fi the process strongly encouraged signing up for mailings, promotions, etc avoided only by clicking a smaller tab that was threatening in tone about perhaps needing to pay. Staff were all fine including shuttle drivers and breakfast staff. Room showed wear but the bed was comfortable and the coffee good which were more important than the wear issue

The room smelled like wet dirty basement. There were ants in the bathroom and entrance. The door handle was broken, and the phone in the room was broke.

Staff was very friendly and helpful.

Old, outdated hotel. Rooms were dark, not the nicest place but fine for a nights stay. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room was outdated. Shower and toilet were too close together. Tub filled with water as we showered because the drain could not keep up with normal water flow. Pulled the trap out to make sure that wasn't the problem and there was so much hair! Made an improvement but still filled with water the next time we showered.

Location and rooms were just average, at best … would recommend looking around … staff was very friendly though!
