Staff were great. Shower glass door fell on us wasn’t compensated for that they only moved us due to them hearing the kids

Comfortable beds, but the room smell, they are humid . Dirty floors all thoughout the hotel. Breakfast is the same , doesn’t change. I give it 2 stars.

Cleanliness, microwave not working, linens not good, pancake machine not working.

Breakfast was good. Parking lot was well lit. Could have used some leaded coffee in my room but they had it at breakfast. Easy drive into Galveston from here.

We shoes stuck to the floor as we walked though our room. We had to cut our stay short by one day and could not get a refund. Staying here was a terrible idea.

Shower had mold, but not surprisingly the hotel was very damp feeling. Very nice staff, but condition of the hotel was less than we are used to seeing at a hotel of this caliber.

The hotel had a moldy musty smell to it, we stayed the night but will not be back.

When I informed the front desk the following morning all I got was I’m sorry we don’t have staff onsite to fix problems. I will not stay here again on our way to a cruise.

Do not stay here. It was smelly, moldy and dirty! The extra comforter had a 12 inch rip/tear in it, we took it down to replace, the next one was worse! We had to trade rooms due to moldy smell. We would have left and gone to another hotel, but it was 1 am in the morning when we arrived…not a good experience.

The room was absolutely filter. Outlet cover of wall, rust around tub, stains all over the carpet.

Evening staff was not attentive. Room wasn't finished and was left open. No one seem concerned or apologized.

Not the hotels fault, but the people were loud.
