Hotel staff was friendly . Hotel was a bit run down. Breakfast had very little selection. Disappointing.

The room was very clean, but did not have any cups for water or the in room coffee maker. Breakfast on Sat did not start until 7, which was odd. Check in was a long process, that didn’t need to be. Middle of the road.

Blood in bathroom. 1st room they have us had people in it. 2nd room was dirty with blood in bathroom.

Staff was very very helpful during our layover being that plane was extremely delayed from ATL storms they were extremely helpful thanks again was able to check in early we.need places like this now outside carpet and carpet in Rooms need to be clean that would be a game changer for the ratings

It’s a nice hotel. It served our purposes well. We spent one night and were very comfortable.

This hotel is bad. When I check into my room the sheets had old blood stains on the bed, the pillows had old makeup. I am 100 % convinced they didn’t change the sheet and covers. It smelled.

We needed to ask for toilet paper, kleenex and cups. Coffee and tea samples were not usable. When we returned to our room at 11:30 pm the staff were arguing by our room door. The breakfast warming try was not turned on so breakfast was cold.

Arriving in the room the floor was dirty plain dog hair my wife is allergic no towel no soap and almost no toilet paper the table and the headboard very dirty

When we arrived at the hotel late night, we were told the room door locks were not working and that they could not accomadate us. We were not notified of this ahead of time, we were told by the reception to find other hotels by driving around and no assistance, suggestions or any effort made to secure another hotel or alternate accommodation. This is disgraceful for Choice hotel who is in the hospitality industry to serve clients in this manner. I recognize this is a franchisee holder location, and this franchisee should not be in the hospitality industry.

The pool was ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING with a sea foam green color and what looked like chemical bubbles floating on the entire surface. One of the staff decided to drag a massive bag of garbage through the main hallway, leaving a trail of garbage juice for everyone to walk on and smell. Overall do not recommend this hotel. It was gross.
