Very clean hotel with spacious rooms for the price. The staff were excellent. The toilet was functional but in need of replacement. The ice machines were all under repair.

Everything was amazing. Staff was great property was clean but the only thing I don't like is everywhere else in the world. You can get a free coffee but they make you pay $2.06 and the breakfast was not free and it wasn't even a good breakfast for $20.

For a higher cost hotel, property is in disarray. Stains on everything, pool was not well maintained. Room had broken electrical outlet, lamp stuck to the wall with tape. The bed was like a rock. Key cards intermittently working.

The lobby People were fighting and someone came to my door 3 times trying to get in. And the room wasn’t as nice had random stains on the couch and the fake headboard/pillows had a rip.

I paid for the breakfast through Expedia. It did not get transmitted over to the Marriott. They honored it and gave me my breakfast. I’m grateful for that and happy because the customer should never have to pay double because the third-party agreement got messed up. And that’s how you keep a customer happy it sounds like tradition.

The property advertises a $12/person breakfast that doesn’t exist. It’s just a Starbucks kiosk and expensive options that seem warmed up in a microwave.

With the exception of the broken door the room was nice. . The staff member working the front desk did not identify himself and was not welcoming. We arrived around 12:30 a.m. for a late check-in that had already been requested in advance because we knew we would be arriving late. Despite this, he spent about 20 minutes searching for our reservation, even though it was printed on a paper sitting on the desk in front of him. During the process, he repeatedly asked for both the name on the reservation and my name while he was already holding my driver’s license. His attitude throughout the interaction was unwelcoming and made check-in unnecessarily difficult, especially that late at night after traveling. The bathroom door in our room was broken and would not close properly. We were too tired to deal with it at that point, so we let it go. There was also a discrepancy between the amount I was originally quoted for the reservation and the amount charged at check-in. When I asked about it, he explained there was a $20 incidental deposit, which would have been understandable, except the difference was more than $20. The amount itself was small, so I chose not to argue about it, but it added to the overall negative experience. If this employee were working the front desk again, I would not choose to stay here. Based on this experience, I’m not confident he is competent in his role.

I will try to summarize my experience: terrible. Check in took 40 minutes because front desk staff did not know what they were doing. No hot water (lukewarm trickle of water). Bathroom door didn’t work. Horrible.
