Comfort Inn Tucson Central

This hotel is old. It is well maintained, and the exterior has had a facelift, but the interior needs one. Fortunately the best are newer and the linens were lovely. But I wouldn't set my suitcase, let alone, sit on the chair in the room. It looked disgusting. And the room had no AC on, so at 10 PM we walked into a HOT stuffy room. Crazy in June in Tucson Arizona that anyone would think turning off the air is a good idea. The breakfast had a wide variety of options, none of which I partook of. The area isn't great and we left our vehicle with concern when we went in- especially with the signs stating the hotel was not responsible for theft or damage. Overall we slept great and left. I don't think I'll return if I'm in Tucson again

Check in and out was easy and the staff made the stay seem almost like home

I would recommend this hotel for anyone wanting a peaceful stay in the Tucson area. The hotel was very nice on the outside and just as nice inside. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable. The breakfast was great.

Our Room Keys didn’t work multiple times. It’s so frustrating especially when you and your family is exhausted and you can’t even get to your rooms quickly. We also experience it outside in the parking lot and we have a lot of things and hoping we can get in on the side door when room keys supposed to work. I need to go back on the front desk just to activate my keys. It’s so disappointing especially i always book in this hotel chain when traveling.

Breakfast was good, parking was good, the hotel was safe, the room was spacious and clean. The only issue I had was that there was a young man, not a customer but I believe a friend or relative of a staff member, who hogged the hot tub for at least 4 hours! Every time I wanted to go out there, he was there. I really didn't want to share it with someone in there 20s..... Otherwise, it was a good stay and I'd stay there again.

The breakfast was hot and tasty. Staff were all friendly.

Location Poor customer service!! Checked in and when got to room it was not clean. There was still items left from the last guest including white powder left on the night stand and trash scattered throughout. Initially they apologized but said they were fully booked. Pushed hard on it and they finally gave us a cleaned room. Then the TV didn’t work. We had to tell them 3 times over the course of the 2-day stay. On the last evening after 9 pm they finally came and checked it and offered to switch us yet again to another room. Just Terrible….

Breakfast was good. Really nice place to stay for just overnight.

Late checked in. Staff was extremely polite and respectful. Would definitely stay here again. Room was very clean and bed was extremely comfortable.
