Hampton Inn & Suites Tucson-Mall

I liked the orientation of the room. Unfortunately we were situated on the bottom floor next to the swimming pool. The pool pump cycled every few moments. The vibration and noise made it impossible to sleep. I requested to be moved to another room but was told there was none available. I went down for coffee at 6 am and spoke with a different clerk than the one that had told me nothing was available. She told me a room was available upstairs and my wife and I immediately moved. We had planned on checking out that morning though we were in Tucson on a 4 day stay. . We won’t be staying there again. Thank goodness there was an honest clerk that took care of business. One non caring bad apple can spoil the whole trip.

Nothing The bed was very uncomfortable

Clean, great breakfast, nice rooms and friendly staff.

It was a clean room, with clean towels and bed. The shower was great, without leakage of water on the floor and consistent hot water

Being right on Oracle is great getting to other areas. Breakfast was great when eggs were scrambled, but not those dry little omelets. Potatoes were good and sausage was excellent. Muffins good, especially with yogurt. Did not try waffles. No housekeeping on second day except a bag of fresh towels thrown on bathroom floor. View outside room was roof only of first floor. Reservations were made way in advance and view should have been at least a little better.

Very comfortable and close to the meetings I was attending. Body lotion was empty and wasn’t refilled even though I requested it.

We loved everything... the clean room, comfortable bed, kitchenette, swimming pool and good breakfast! Good location. The staff and manager were friendly and welcoming. They made sure we had everything we needed during our stay. Highly recommend Hampton Inn and Suites. None

This is our 3rd stay at this property and the experience is consistently fantastic!! The staff is always friendly and helpful. The rooms are spotless. The breakfast has always been fresh and the choices are great!! Two of our visits were holiday weekends and even though it appeared the place was full I didn’t hear anyone above us or in the rooms next door. The location says at the Tucson Mall it’s actually a few blocks away so not all the crazy Mall traffic but the convenience of shopping and all the restaurants and coffee shops are less than 5 minutes. Highly recommend!!

Not sure why people complain about breakfast, its not a dennys. The breakfast variety was good. The place was quiet. Zero complaints.

Amazing

Nice room, we had a three night stay, in a two room suite, quite. Be aware in this suite bedroom, AC is literally inches from right had side of bed so if on, it blows right on bed. Breakfast included with stay, just wish these people would cook eggs instead of serving egg mush.
