Comfort Suites At Tucson Mall

The room was clean. The beds were comfortable and by far the best pillows. It was spacious and everything worked well. The breakfast was good and the pool was mostly clean. I will definitely come back, God willing.

Enjoyed our stay here. Kids loved the pool and I slept like a baby. Rooms were a bit smaller then I expected but I liked this place.

Nothing fancy but it was clean and fit our needs. Breakfast was standard for these types of hotels, it got the job done.

Check in was fast and easy. The staff was very polite.

The front desk guy, I can’t recall his name, but he was hilarious and really helpful. Great at his job so make sure to keep him around. N/a

Everything was wonderful BUT, the bathroom we had, did not have a working fan in the bathroom. The toilet and shower were in a room where there was a fan but we could never find where the switch to the fan was. The showers were very clean Other than that, the beds and pillows were comfortable, had many lights, loved the thermostat, the room was very clean and also had many outlet which was very helpful. Thank you all for making it was wonderful week with our daughter. Tucson, you rock!!

Rooms were nice, so far the nicest we have stayed in for the price range. Clean and neat, I would return for another stay.

Hotel was so loud. They had a convention and they put the participants on all 3 floors so you could not escape them. We complained to the front desk however staff could not control them. Hotel itself was just ok. Will not return.

Location was perfect for where I needed to be. The breakfast was very good. They used REAL EGGS instead of powdered eggs. Staff was very friendly The bed was too soft for me which made for a long night. In the middle of the night the fire alarms went off several times and once I stuck my head out the door someone, not sure it was an employee or not, I asked if we needed to leave and she said yes. Then it stopped and started again then stopped. I then looked outside into the hallway and again this lady showed up and said we didn’t need. To leave. Whatever it was was handled. Then we noticed that there wasn’t an evacuation plan on the door or anywhere in the room.

Front desk was super helpful. Beds were really comfy. Room had a lot of space. Breakfast was ok. Walls were really thin so wet could here the people above us and the doors slammed really loud.
