The room size was good and the pool was awesome. The bed was very uncomfortable with extremely flat pillows and the breakfast was too spicy.

Value for the money Could use modernisation, but at the same time it has a desert charm to it the way it is.

Hotel was ok the people were nice the 3 complaints I have for this hotel was the bathroom was a bit dirty the room was hot the a/c didn’t work well and I know they can’t control what other people that stay there do but the people they put above us were stomping and running loud

Great option for staying in Tucson. It was close enough to downtown and in a quiet neighborhood. The hotel is nice and clean with an updated pool area. The rooms are large and well priced. Breakfast was slightly underwhelming but overall good. parking is easy and free.

The room is so beautiful I was on the three floor the room with the Jacuzzi on my birthday so nice will come back

Breakfast was exceptional. Fresh ground coffee, variety of quality breakfast menu. Clean comfortable room. I can hear the people talking on the 2nd floor. As well as when they were walking.

Whenever we travel, we prefer to stay at the Holiday inn hotel, the main attraction is the hot tub and swimming pool. Breakfast is served hot and tasty. The staff are friendly and polite.

We arrived late and I had accidentally booked three King Rooms instead of three Double Queen Rooms. The front desk attendant was very helpful and got us set up with the right rooms. Breakfast was very good.

We only stayed overnight. The room was clean and comfortable! The breakfast was delicious!

When we open the hide of bed, we found what looked like maybe a bee and some other bugs inside the sheets we immediately just folded it back up and put the cushions on the sofa and had no one go near it. Made for an uncomfortable stay wondering about the situation of our queen beds. Didn’t see anything in the sheets or behind the mattress. I just stayed at the same hotel up in Logan Utah and it was fabulous and I would give it a 10 for clean and being very nice. This one definitely needs a lot of updating as well as Housekeeper training. Won’t return!

Staff was attentive, available, and friendly. Not many fresh fruit options at breakfast. Hallway carpet is very stained and unappealing.
