The front desk and whole staff are amazing caring people made a unexpected ugly stay the absolute best.!! Only reason I gave not 100 across the board is the hot tub handrail needs serious attention as a handicap person it's important but not enough to diminish the greatness of this place

Clean bedroom and bathroom. Friendly and helpful staff.

Breakfast was good with eggs, bacon, and potatoes. Staff had a hard time keeping the breakfast full with all the hotel guests

Breakfast was wonderful! After I had my coffee fix, I was more receptive to all! Our coffee maker didn't work in the morning, but was useful for tea at night. Front desk responded to request for help with figuring out TV and air conditioning unit very quickly, kudos for that!

The room itself was excellent. The service at the front the next morning and transportation to the airport was exceptional! The only thing would have been to know ahead of time that they were working on an upgrade. It was a little off-putting to walk in a see inside of some ceiling tiles.

The only thing that was a problem...the elevator was out of order so getting luggage up stairs was inconvenient.

Breakfast with fresh ground coffee was deluxe. Hopefully they can get the pancake machine fixed.

When we arrived yo the hotel we were sent to a room that was not ready and they quickly gave us a clean room. The hotel was great the only thing I noticed was it needed a little vacuuming in the hallways. Other than that we were satisfied with our room.

I stayed 4 nights 5 days only asked for my room to be vacuum, trash and fresh towels once while I was out for the day. It didn’t get done. When I returned I did get fresh towels and the night guy did come up for my trash
