Wyndham Tucson Airport Hotel & Conference Center

The Jacuzzi was empty and not in order, our room AC only worked on the low level and it was hot in the room. The shower only had cold water. The inhouse Indian restaurant was amazing, but aside from that it was a terrible stay.

Everything is nice the staff is nice the accommodations are nice No hot water hard to take a shower with no hot water the pool was filthy the jacuzzi was black and green and inoperable the ice machines were broken

Staff was terrible breakfast was late and not as described school was not operational and multiple members of the staff were rude when inquiring about some of the amenities that were supposed to be offered and we're not then after all that they would not allow us to check back in music

It is not that I didn’t like your property. If you noticed I book twice by accident, I did stay at your. I was asking for the refund from this one. I stayed and paid to stay. The room and the price The hallways were really hot. They had no AC and I had quite a walk to my room by the time I got there I was a little sweaty.

Nothing We arrived for our 14 year anniversary stay, upon arrival it was really hot in the lobby, then walking to our room it was hot, then it was hot in our room and the a/c did nothing. We sat there wiping sweat finally I went to front desk asking for another room with better a/c, he sent us downstairs to an upgrade for same price, within 5min a big roach crawled out and my wife said we are leaving to another hotel

Nothing No hot water in hotel and they knew it and kept booking people and not telling them. Too many other problems to mention

I liked the location there was a little bit of everything I needed around me. The building was so hot I didn't even want to leave my room I had to keep the air in the room on 62 so it would stay cool I dreaded each time I had to leave the room.

Very pleasant stay The breakfast. It was ready att the time it was stated.

We had no hot water for our stay. We had 2 persons in the room and only had 1 wash cloth and 1 hand towel. Sad but we were in a hurry to catch a plane

Under construction outside by the front entrance, and workers making noice and dust everywhere from it. I would stay there again, hopefully construction is over by next time

Pool need to be maintained frequently

Nothing. Long story short we checked in June 5, 2026 and checked out June 7, 2026 and we had NO hot water any of the days. No manager on site kept saying water heater was fixed and never was. Then said it was something electrical. Called at 11:30pm on June 6 to see how much longer for hot water she said 10 min let it heat up. When we woke up guess what? YUP! NO HOT WATER! I have kids under 5 YO that needed to get bathed.
