Amazing and really friendly staff, very attentive towards any requests/requirements we had and were extremely helpful in ensuring we had a comfortable stay.

Room bedding was dirty and stained , pool water was so strong, over chemically treated

Our stay was great. Rooms were very clean. The staff were helpful and breakfast had a good amount of options. The only downfall was the pool had been over chlorinated and we couldn’t use it. It was still open but we didn’t feel comfortable using it because the chlorine in the air was burning our eyes. Overall I would highly recommended the hotel to others.

The location was easy to get to off the highway. Our room was decent. The pool was open this time. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed at this location about a year ago, we felt that our stay wasn't as good this time. The pool was open this time but wasn't very warm for an indoor pool. Breakfast didn't seem to have as many options, no hot water for tea. Our overall experience wasn't as good as our previous stay.
