It was clean and comfie...the bed was uncomfortable to me... it was firm, and my back just killed me after sleeping

This place was seriously clean and comfy, making for a super relaxing stay. The pool area was a total blast, and the breakfast spread was just amazing. It felt so welcoming for the whole family. Plus, getting to the city was an absolute breeze.

Clean and friendly

We have stayed at Hampton Inns all across this country, and the Urbandale location is by far our favorite one. We have stayed here a few times, and will more than likely stay a few more times. It's always a welcome place to be. Highly recommend it to others !!

Facility was clean, rooms neat and organized. The only issues were, (1) the mattress had a sagging dip in the middle and was very uncomfortable and the pillows had no fluff or form/shape to them - even stacking 2 pillows provided little support. The breakfast was very tasty with well-seasoned potatoes and eggs - the bacon was thin and crisp and the sausage had a good flavor. Overall, we would stay here again, bringing our own pillows and comforter. The pool was over-run by a group of girls (age 10) and few adults, which did not allow for anyone else to enjoy the facilities. It would have been nice if something was mentioned to the "adults" about the loudness and activities of the girls running around, oblivious to anyone else but themselves, in and out of the pool and hot tub. The adults present were not mindful of the children at all but engrossed in their own party. This was not the hotels' fault, but an issue that should have been addressed by the staff for the comfort of all patrons who paid for rooms and amenities.

I contacted the hotel through the booking messenger app and called them directly at 8pm to let them know we would be arriving at 12:25am. When we arrived at 12:25am there were no rooms available, they had given our room to someone else. Had I booked through the Hilton app or put this stay on my Hilton app, I could have checked in earlier and avoided this unfortunate event. I do not believe early online check in is available on the booking app??

Very bad breakfast . Every pan was empty at 7:30 am

The phone didn't work to call the front desk. Asked for extra chair and had to get it myself.

Fast check in, friendly staff, clean room with a fantastic shower with great water pressure!

Great stay. Clean room, great bed, plenty of towels, nice night ight in bathroom. Shower had shampoo/conditioner bottles. Parking is free. Breakfast was typical hotel stuff but plenty of variety. Area was kept clean. Pool & hot tub were very nice too.

It would be nice if they would do housekeeping!

Have a protein of meat at the breakfast like bacon or sausage. It was a good breakfast for others but I couldn’t eat anything but the fruit. I can’t have milk and grains.

Jesse at the front desk was friendly, helpful and fun! He went above and beyond to make our stay great!

The room was very clean and comfy

The room was fairly clean. The location worked out for the purpose of my visit to DesMoines. My meetings were over that having to stay another night was not necessary (booked room for 3 nights). The meeting ended a day early. They would not refund me for my room. The flagpole lighted was shining directly into my room. Mentioned to management with no response. I have been a customer of Hilton for many years with a Hilton Honors account. I will never stay in any of their facilities again and inform as many people as possible of their disinterest.

Stayed in room 127. The room was fine but it is right next to the breakfast kitchen. The large refrigerator that was on the other side of the wall hummed all night, and they started preparing for breakfast at 5am. Cabinets slamming and dishes clanging. No sleep at all!

The bathroom had old used wash cloths over the shower.
